AZUGA REVIEW
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of knowing where my technicians are at any given time makes it easier to dispatch them. This is much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The convenience of knowing where my technicians are at any given time makes it easier to dispatch them. Knowing when service is needed is helpful in planning. Time management is easier to kee track of when I can see where the technicians are and for how long they have been there. Driving "scores" have increased because the technicians know we are alerted when the are speeding, hard breaking, idleing too long, etc. We can check on progress and safety of our technicians when they are dispatched to other parts of the state.

Excellent experience with AZUGA
What do you like best about the product?
Azuga has been an essential tool in the past 3 years in our truck fleet, with the program we can monitor where the unit is at all times, its status, and any warning that the unit has is reported by the system for its due intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the availability to create customized reports is something that should be considered to facilitate the management of the data produced according to the needs of the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system has helped us reduce idle time, which was quite high, we have been able to maximize vendor routes, we have been proactive in response to alerts, and fuel savings over the past few years have been significant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
100% recommended.

Seeing where vehicles are and if they are speeding, see where they are at and if they are somewhere they should not be.
What do you dislike about the product?
That once unplugged, there is no way to track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When unplugged, no data. The ones we had before would give us data for a day or two until the battery died. We can see where vehicles are, speeding, and seat belt usage.
App is user Friendly, and helps my team and I maintain safe driving behaviors.

Updated scores on daily basis and ability to export a report of my entire team whenever needed.

Nothing really, the app is a great tool in our arsenal.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and easy to understand

Currently, I have not found anything I dislike. We are new to Azuga, and the experience so far has been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All information is stored in one place, we used to use Excel to track info. Azua is more convenient.
Azuga Fleet Management - Very Insightful
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to know where our drivers are at all times. Safety is our #1 priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
Distrust from employees in that they feel they are being watched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inefficiencies in operating vehicles. It allows us to track time more accurately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Azuga is worth it even if you only have one vehicle on the road daily.

Detailed, real-time data about the locaton of our vehicles, the status of the vehicles, and the on/off times.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I dislike. The app is pretty good, I'm sure it could get better with some UI attention. But I keep a real-time browser window open and monitor as needed throughout the day and that works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use iphones to track loications and durations, and that was expensive and an ongoing service drain. We've given that up and never been anything but glad.

What do you like best about the product?
The website is super easy to use and follow. Works excellent for the company I work for, pulling reports and such.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything negative? This product works lovely for what we use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product helps our workers from wasting too much time at certain places. It keeps our workers going from A - B. It saves our drivers from speeding or driving recklessly as well.
Enjoy the oversight
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to observe our vehicles live and also being able to go back and track any vehicle in our fleet going back in time. I have had the occasion where a complaint came in and could prove if it was or was not our vehicle going back four weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can not assign more than one vehicle to one driver or assign more than one driver to a vehicle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vehicles being addled and consuming gas while parked. Also, drivers take unauthorized breaks.
