GPS Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great way to protect our employees - who travel with at risk children and adults. The real time notifications are terrific
What do you dislike about the product?
Internally we struggle to make sure the information stays up to date on each vehicle. Especially during COVID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have successfully defended against parking tickets, provide detailed information to governing bodies with oversight

Gets the job done smoothly
What do you like best about the product?
The User interface is simple and doesn't take much time to figure out. The reports are 1 click and give me the info I need for most scenarios.Notifications help for urgent scenarious
What do you dislike about the product?
Their sales team is highly persistent. Otherwise I have had no issue with the product or training. I don't use advanced functionality, but I'm sure there is always scope for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ours is a small operation of healthcare workers. As I alone overlook my business in its entirety, Azuga decreases my work in checking on the status of each of my staff and the time they've spent at a client's location without having to make phone calls constantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For small organizations like mine, I think it's a great fit.

The software is easy to use and We can manage everything in one place. Safety features are great and always accurate

Nothing i can think of. Definitely they have come a long way with the features

Reduce speeding and idling. Overall our safety has improved drastically. Plus the visibility has never been better
NEMT Transportation Safetycam Ai Camera Review
What do you like best about the product?
We initially installed Azuga Fleet into our vehicles as a safety precaution and to review accidents. However, their fleet package incidentally helped us reduce the time and labor needed to accomplish driver evaluations, resolve client concerns and complaints, and enhance safety when transporting our clients. Additionally, their Sales VP Kunal Sarkar has been extremely helpful in setting up our account and ensuring our needs were met.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only concern I had was installing the device into some of our buses outfitted with wheelchair lifts. The factory OBDII connection cannot power the camera, the GPS module, and the lift interlock simultaneously. After talking with representatives at Azuga and the wheelchair lift outfitters, the best solution was to hard-wire the camera and GPS module versus utilizing the OBDII connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although we are a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Department, 90% of our clients are seniors with disabilites. Azuga Fleet provided us the capabilities to review our driver's performance in the loading and unloading process of our clients, driving habits, and personal client care daily. Additionally, it has aided us in resolving transportation concerns relating to our clients. These concerns include proper equipment needs, customer complaints, and clients' health topics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Azuga Fleet is a solid option to consider if you are looking for a low-cost vehicle management system that includes GPS, Camara, Maintenance Tracking, and a Fleet Utilization Package. Their devices and web-based interface is easy to set-up, install, and use no matter what level of technical experience an individual has. Additionally, their tech support has always resolved issues in a timely fashion, I cannot remember a single time I have contacted them and not recieved a response more than 24 hrs since the issue occured.
This is a good system for basic fleet management.
What do you like best about the product?
GPS devices are easy to install and set up in the mobile app. We were able to migrate about 60 vehicles to this system very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface and reporting could use some improvements. Reports and maps are always accurate, just not as straightforward as other systems.

We have been able to track all of our mobile company assets and the service records in the same place.

Customer Service. Prompt responses. Easy to read platform

So far the product as been great. At times devices become in active.

We have some connectivity issues at time but nothing major

Careless driving habits and how long a tech can procrastinate filling the tank with gas.

Don't be afraid to look into other areas of the system. There are a lot of fun reports and ways to keep up to date with your vehicles while on the road.
