What do you like best about the product?
I know where my vehicles are at any time
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Azuga would include a dash cam with remote access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Azuga allows me to know where my employees are at any given time and I can see if the are operating their vehicle at safe speeds.
GPS for company trucks
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Azuga is tracking the trucks of where they have been and for how long. That way we can charge our customers correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has always been great. The only problem that I have had was with our rep not responding back to me but I finally have someone who responds to me in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Knowing what is going on with your vehicles.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that when a customer calls I can tell them the exact location of the vehicle and give them the best service I can. I can with confidence tell my customer what time they will arrive within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike. It does everything that I need. It keeps track of my service and service costs. It truly keeps a dispatcher up to speed. I have no dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At any time I need to find out how a driver is performing, I can get that report ie; speeding, hard braking number of stops and things like excessive time idling. If the driver falls below a certain number it gives us a chance to correct the problem before it gets serious.

GPS and able to see IDLE on the vehicles

When we have an issue is hard to reach tech support.

Its shows and tracks the vehicle health and status of the employee too.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a point person to go to if needed. Love this! Andy is fabulous! He's very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and shows he cares about his job and me as the customer. Quick response time too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding maintenance should be easier. I add an oil change to one vehicle and when adding to a 2nd vehicle it says that the title has already been taken, so I have to give it a different title. That part is annoying. I'm sure it's on me and I'm missing something simple, but I never asked for help with that part either. It was all guesswork, so not too bad for figuring it out on my own. Although, Azuga does offer training, for free, if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We added 2 additional GPS units and they were nice enough to continue with the current pricing we have as well as no shipping cost because we've been with them for a year, haven't broken our contract, added more units and well, our rep Andy is awesome! He gave us a great deal!

Nothing so far. I cannot complain about the service.

The main problem I had with other providers was the inaccurate location of my fleet. I do not have that issue with Azuga.

Easy to use nice clear maps to track our vehicles.

Hard to edit things when we change drivers.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to track my employees to verify that they spend the correct amount of time on each job and that they also do not use the work vehicle for personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like the hard breaking and sudden accleration are too sensitive. Also, we have had azuga units stop working for no apparent reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Determining correct locations of pest technicians to make sure they are at the correct house.
