What do you like best about the product?
That it has time and place on there to where you can bill customer appropriatly if needed to if there was a situation on how long an employee was at there house working
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is a little confusing on how far back you can go on trying to look at something in detail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually seeing some employees not being honest on where they are when they are working on the clock while they should be tending to a paying customer.

And im solving dishonest employees

What do you like best about the product?
The Cost compared to what you get in return. Nobody compares in the market. The availability of features is enormous. Also the fact that they provide dash cameras is a nice added bonus
What do you dislike about the product?
The Fleet maintenance portion of the website is not intuitive. We do not use it due to how complicated it is to input data. It feels like it's not been designed by someone who works in fleet maintanance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep track of State mileages for IFTA reporting. Also, we use the Geo-Fencing capabilities to know when vehicles are entering certain areas. We also use it to look out for Diagnostic Codes. I can generally see when a truck's check engine light is on, before it gets reported to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give them a shout. Insurance carriers such as Philadelphia Insurance will even pay for your bill! Ask your insurance provider.
You will not be disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform with great customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
Azuga is very helpful in all aspects. Only thing that can use adjusting is the reports side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking workers hours with the GPS and using GPS for Accidents and insurance.

Extremely easy to use platform with Grade A customer service

admin privilegde should be seen by only admin and not managers. Reports for Admin only.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many different features that allow for easy tracking and accessibility throughout various facets of fleet management. The maintenance section, in particular, allows for easy tracking and management of up-to-date information regarding vehicle operating status and routine maintenance. The "live" feature gives us as a company easy accessibility for live monitoring of fleet vehicles to manage our time and resources and complete tasks as quickly and efficiently a possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rewards system aspect of the application is a bit difficult to understand and use. We do not use this feature, but if it was more easily accessible, we might consider it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Azuga has allowed us to localize all maintenance records to efficiently track upkeep, such as oil changes and state inspection and registration dates. We also utilize this feature for tracking significant repairs to use as a history when cycling through trucks and updating our fleet. The "live" feature has been highly beneficial. It has helped us tremendously to track our vehicles throughout the day, check hours of work completed, and add on calls to employees who are in the area without taking unnecessary steps.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use very user friendly ! Great price!

The billing system I wish it would be automatically billed to my card monthly

We can tell where everyone is at at any given time so if we have a service call we can see who is closest and send them over to service the customer which saves on extra trips time and money.

You cannot beat the value and service Azuga Provides.
