What do you like best about the product?
That we can get an idea of where a tech is at, if we receive a service need in that area. we also are now tracking mileage and vehicle service needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
GPS can be spotty at times. But not so bad that it is not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The mileage tracking and scheduled service needs, as well as keeping our drivers safe, with driving habit alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
The bread crumb trail for tracking and the live view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use more graphic options for vehicles and landmarks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving time clock issues. By know when the vehicle is at home or in use. We have benefitted from the ability to see our entire fleet on one screen with details. This allows us to look in on the fleet quickly at random times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at the details and reports that are available.

GREAT FOR LOCATING WHERE VEHICLES ARE and how long they have been there.
What do you dislike about the product?
NONE i HAVE NO DISLIKES USING AZUGA after being a customer fir 7 years.

Amazing Product

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to track our fleet in real time and find our vehicles at a moment's notice! When our technicians are unable to locate a customers home, we are able to track them and guide them to the customer. It also allows us to keep track of basic vehicle functions such as low fuel, or low battery so we can keep the tech informed at all times!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website will freeze up and have to be refreshed, but that could be just our internet running slow! Other than that, it is a good product and allows us to do everything that we need it to do! Really no major complaints on the service at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to notify our customer with an accurate ETA's and help our technicians find the customer's homes! We are also to keep track of their driving. If they accellerate or brake too quickly we are informed and can notify them in real time to improve their driving behaviors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program is able to help you keep track of your vehicles and employees. It is very easy to use and has a ton of information available at your fingertips! This program will allow you to keep track of fuel usage, vehicle performance and driver behaviors. You will be able to see what they are doing in real time and plan accordingly to best route them and make everything work as efficiently as possible!

What do you like best about the product?
The monthly reports with all the details regarding my vehicles and personalized comments and suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The function of maintenance is rough on the edges; it doesn't give us the precise information to make a maintenance plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The bread crum is incredible, very accurate and gives us a view of where and when our drivers were. We can make calculations of gas consumption with this information and it is beneficial if you know how to use it.

THE REAL TIME OF TRACKING OUR TRUCKS IS THE BEST
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing to say about the down side I haven't had any issues with the service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the real time tracking is the best I used another service and it did not track in real time, our trucks will be at our base and the app will say they were 30min away, not good for our industry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This service is one of the best out there I will recomend it to any one.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the diagnostic reporting best. We can see the problems with our assets and have the opportunity to repair issues before they become obstacles that impair the service levels. I also like the rewards program for drivers. Positive reinforcement is great for morale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that different people can't schedule the same alert. I also think the idling function is too sensative. Long stretches of traffic or the vehicle running while in park should be the primary triggers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding has been reduced. We now have maintenance tracking available that helps verifying vehicles are being serviced and getting work warrantied. We can also see how much time we are not utilizing and when assets should be used elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good customer service and the tracking is on point along with the mechanic side
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we do get a faulty azuga tracker but they always make it up to us!

How much we spend on gas where the guys are going AND tracking our vehicle maintenace

What do you like best about the product?
Offer a wide range of options and area always willing to work through any issues we have as a company
OBD port design is great. Easy to install but does come with some challenges on the GPS staying connected
What do you dislike about the product?
Follow up time on an issue can be lengthy, but they have resolved all of your issues to date or provided the information on how to obtain what we were looking for as a company
The OBD port on certain types of vehicles seems to be lose and constantly monitor to make sure stays plugged in. There is a report that can be run to keep up with the disconnects
When switching the GPS from one vehicle to the next, the oil changes enter through the maintenance maintain for the alert even if the previous oil change information is deleted - would be nice if there was reset that should be done quickly without losing data from previous vehicle
Bluetooth connection via the pairing on the phone is still not working correctly or stops working when nothing has changed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track all the vehicles on one platform along with driver tracking of each vehicle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This in easy to use designs, has several reporting options, does have a bluetooth app through the phone that can pair the driver to a vehicle or beacons that the person can just carry

What do you like best about the product?
Azuga's Customer Service is top notch! I love their attention to detail and their follow up.
We are currently test driving Azuga's dash cam feature and really like it, we will more thank likely roll it out to our entire fleet.
We utilize the Azuga Rewards feature every month to reward our driver's, they continually ask me how they can become better drivers and score higher (we have reward tiers, a score of 90-100 gets the highest reward, next tier 80-90, then 70-80 and anything under a score of 70 is no reward) rewarding our driver's to drive better is definitely a perk of using Azuga.
What do you dislike about the product?
Receiving the "not tracking" alerts on our vehicles when the GPS signals lag or cross over from one to another, not Azuga's fault but if I had to list something I dislike that would be it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our driver's are definitely more aware of their driving, which is a huge benefit that comes with utilizing Azuga's services, they keep their speed down and are more in tune to hard braking and keeping a safe distance from the vehicle's in front of them.
