Fleet Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view the DCS codes allows us to minimize the time it takes for a vehicle to be repaired. We are able to give the mechanic a heads up of the problem, so they can go ahead and order parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to see what the mileage is on a past date. When a vendor puts the wrong mileage on a work order it would help signifcantly if we could look back in Azuga and find what the vehicles mileage was on that particular day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Azuga Fleet is helping us eliminate our vehicles from having down time for unexpects repairs with allowing us to truck the vehicles maintenances and alerting our fleet manager if a DCS code appears on a vehicle.

Fast, Accurate
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see my employees locations, and knowing that the vehicle they are in is in good repair and not violating laws
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to access Azuga via mobile or a tablet version, I would like to see an app instead of just a web-based app that doesn't always fit well

Cuttting down Idle time and reducing fuel cost

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to teack our company vehicles and monitor our drivers safety or lack there of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was getting 10-15 notifications a day for little things as in a driver going 5 mph over the speed limit for more than 5 minutes. I would have liked to have one daily email of the previous days events.
It was also hyper sensitive to breaking on brand new vehicles. Every stop was considered a hard stop.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to track my techs and i get emails on how they are driving, i am able to track our company vehicles at all times of the day
What do you dislike about the product?
i cant think of anything that is not useful with Azuga it is a great app and is very useful for our fleet

It helps keep my techs productive with limited supervision i know where my techs are at during there work day it keeps my techs honest
AZUGA GPS
What do you like best about the product?
Getting assistance with any issue is always available and response is swift. Michael Jonson( Customer Success Specialist) has been GREAT! He personifies great customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Had an issue getting roadside assistance for a tech broken down on highway in 105 degree heat. Told we weren't covered - yet we are ! Necessitated called another company for the issue. Better coordination is required to ensure this never happens again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
REcent issue this week getting a response for roadside assistance - hopfully resolved

What do you like best about the product?
The Azuga Fleet app is great! User friendly, informative and beneficial to any business with multiple vehicles. Mobile app comes in handy in the busy day to day of operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not believe there is a downside to the Azuga Fleet app that we are using. There are many features, options and functions that we are probaly not using to the highest level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Azuga Fleet app and its functions are helping our business in many ways. Lowering costs with our insurance company for increased safety of monitoring speed, braking, seatbelt use, etc. Monitoring use and effectiveness of staff's work orders.

Nothing. It is user friendly and very useful.

Its has provide great tracking for any high risk driver that gives us information about their driving habits and can be used for coaching for them to make them better and safer drivers

Azuga let's us track crucial fleet details. We have had to use the data to dispute accident data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can tend to run down your battery. We have also had to replace devices as they were malfunctioning.

Azuga let us track upcoming maintenance work and key issues that need addressing with our fleet.
