Easy to Use - Great Service

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the software is easy to use and helpful in monitoring everyone in fleet. It also is helpful to make sure our employee was at the correct address and helps to know how long they were there. With the enhanced driver education and alerts it has greatly increased safety of our drivers and entire fleet. The ability for drivers to see others scores also brings out some healthy competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Azuga. If there is any issues our representitive is quick to respond with the help and guidance we need to solve any issues. The Coach side of Azuga is the biggest issue we have faced. They are not as responsive as Azuga representitives and takes a long time to get an answer or a fix to problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With real time alerts and driver education our overall safety score is better leading to better drivers and also lowers insurance rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to accurately track my fleet and manage my staff levels based on where my people are at any given moment. Has helped us multiple time locate a vehicle that was at the shop or teams switched vans.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides. One suggestion would be possibly showing a street view when hovering over a vehicle location so I do not need to keep maps open in another tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of being able to maintain a client base of over 60 clients and 200 staff getting everyone where they need to be in a timely fashion and having a vehicle ready and waiting when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Azuga allows me to track multiple trucks. It allows me to replay a trucks specific route, so i can retrace his exact route. We switched to Azuga because it was far more affordable then other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if there was an option for the drivers to have access to a eDVIR or lod books on the app. Could there be an option to add a driver without providing an email address?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to set geofields and alert us when certain trucks leave the area. Being able to see how many miles a truck travelled is a valuable source to help determine logistics.

What do you like best about the product?
I CAN KEEP UP WITH MY ENTIRE FLEET AND IT IS EASY TO NAVIGATE.
What do you dislike about the product?
I HAVENT FOUND ANYTHING THAT I DONT LIKE. THE RELATIVE EASE TO NAVIGATE THE WEBSITE MAKES IT SIMPLE TO DEAL WITH.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KEEPING UP WITH HOW MY DRIVERS TREAT THEIR VEHICLES AND MAKING SURE WE ARE OPERATING SAFELY AND WITHIN THE PARAMETERS OF THE LAW.

What do you like best about the product?
We uitilized the GPS location for our fleet vehicles on a regular basis; which was very helpful in our driver routing. Due to the rising cost of fuel, we were able to track our vehicle idle time and help reduce our costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried using the maintenance section on Azuga, but it didn't have a smooth flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Azuga helped reduced our fuel costs by allowing us to monitor and reduce our vehicle idle time.

What do you like best about the product?
We have had some collegues not spending enough time at accounts and claiming they are but with this app we have been able to confirm when the vehicle is at the location and how long it is turned off. It helps keep our technicians honest.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have no complaints about Azuga.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper duration time spent at customers locations.

What do you like best about the product?
All the information that is available is so helpful. Camera set is easy and has a really clear picture. I really like the safe driving report that is emailed to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that retrieval of videos was a little easier. Maybe as far as the camera goes on the window maybe a better release from the window. Really no other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GPS and driving issues. Also fleet management for service on vehicles. When the techs arrive on site so we can check that they are on time. Customers saying we where not at a job that we where we can check the gps.

A good service with great extensibility

What do you like best about the product?
Azuga has an easy-to-use platform that won't break the bank. One of the big differentiators is the API, which allows the integration of driver data and scores into an app or reporting system, giving a seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that we have experienced with Azuga is that there is a small learning curve on the admin side. Knowing how to set up admins who are also drivers seemed more counter-intuitive than it maybe should have been. That said, it was a small hurdle and doesn't detract from the value we have received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Azuga solves the problem of knowing where our vehicles are and how well our drivers are doing with their driving safety. We only subscribe to the tracking devices as we don't need internal cameras but it is nice to know that they have many options should we come to need them in the future.
