The best reliable GPS Tracking and Telemetry solution I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The data and reports are really good. The platform is fiendly and very detailed. I have 100% control over my vehicle fleet. including the preventive maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love every single piece of this tool. I can't think in any disadvantage over the competition. In my opinion, this is the best and more robuste tool in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detecting money leaks, control idling, implementing maintenance scheduling, tracking, keep better control on operator behavior, implementing incentive programs, detecting error codes before something happens to my vehicules.

Azuga allows you to see where your fleet is at any given time also the perks are great as well..

Everything seems to run smoothly nothing to dislike

It allows my company to know when something is wrong with the vehicle as well as who is not respecting the law.

Real time van monitoring is essential to our business as well as regulating and keeping check on vehicle speeds to stay safe on the road are a hugh plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on very rare occasions signal would be lost.

keeping maintanence updates on our van fleet.
Azuga Assisting with Safe Driving
What do you like best about the product?
Emails regarding service codes are pretty helpful. It's nice to receive a notice that something may be wrong with your vehicle. This for me gives me enough time to make it to a repair shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that I have come across with Azuga so far is that the device will not read with our Kenworth trucks. We have tried numerous devices and for some reason there is no connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge benefit is the fact that we can locate our fleet anywhere with the device.
Very easy to use while tracking my techs.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how accurate the locations are. I also enjoy that we can see the route each tech took and their speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface is a little outdated. I would like to see an up to date version of the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the mystery off where my techs are and where they manuever to.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The live tracking and breadcrumb report are the two features I use the most. It also helps with my vehicle maintenance tracking and it's one less thing I have to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The device is easly removed and should be able to install in the vehicle without the driver having access to it. I used a simular device but was built into the camera unit and the driver could not remove it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to set after hours thresholds gives me the ability to see why we're out so late or if some one is using the vehicle without our approval. The reporting system also gives me the ability to get the specific information I want to see.

Sometimes the device will go off without any reason but it is a quick fix

Great Service for Tracking Our Vehicles!
What do you like best about the product?
We love using Azuga Fleet on our 10 work trucks. We are able to get up-to-the-minute GPS updates, we are able to see who our best drivers are, and, in the rare times that our technicians get lost, we can give turn-by-turn navigation to them! The video feedback we get is amazing as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that the long wires get kicked loose by our drivers and we lose navigation but it is a quick fix to have them plug their cords back in to the OBD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The trackers are allowing us to monitor the amount of time spent at customer's homes doing service, as well as their time on the clock.
Great app to ensure safety of drivers
What do you like best about the product?
The app is a nice way to help keep track of drivers and to ensure that they are driving safely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the bluetooth connection to the vehicles take a long time to sync even though there are no other trucks running or around the area.
