A good service with great extensibility
What do you like best about the product?
Azuga has an easy-to-use platform that won't break the bank. One of the big differentiators is the API, which allows the integration of driver data and scores into an app or reporting system, giving a seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that we have experienced with Azuga is that there is a small learning curve on the admin side. Knowing how to set up admins who are also drivers seemed more counter-intuitive than it maybe should have been. That said, it was a small hurdle and doesn't detract from the value we have received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Azuga solves the problem of knowing where our vehicles are and how well our drivers are doing with their driving safety. We only subscribe to the tracking devices as we don't need internal cameras but it is nice to know that they have many options should we come to need them in the future.

Easy to install and use with the plugin availability and not having to run any wires
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't always work, we have to unplug and plug in on some of our vans so that it shows up and works

Azuga is providing us an easy to use GPS monitoring system
Azuga and it's benefits to users.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see where my team is at during the day. Thus enabling me to add stops or update clients if running late. The monthly reports are very easy to read and understand and give a monthly review of drivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find something to dislike about Azuga. If I had to chose my least favorite part of the program I would have to say the individual view on drivers. This is not easy to see where drivers have been as the updates are in such a large view, rather than listed closely together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Azuga solves the problem of having to contact drivers for updates as to where they are, how long at stops, etc. This benefits my use of the program to easily see all of these things in one place. Making it easy to adjust driver stops, times etc. all in one place.
A great tool for keeping track of all our vehicle repairs, and tracking the delivery drivers

The ease of logging our vehicle's information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any at this time.I will in the future, if need be.

User Friendly with detailed reports
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to information and reports. Live details are beneficial. The system helped the team to be watchful of the posted speeds.

Nothing to note about the tool. I ma sure there are features that can be added if needed

Allows to check and make sure the users follow the posted speeds.The tool help in running the reports for vehicle usage.
Experience with Azuga
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Azuga for the past 3 years. The features have been helpful in providing alerts and video footage to capture events that has help us in recognizing concerns as well as releasing us from liability in such cases. I have great support and whenever I have questons or concerns, I get a response within 24 hours and my concerns are rectified or information provided to meet my expectations!
What do you dislike about the product?
We do get some "disconnect" issues with the system on a few units but they are resolved in a resonable amount of time or able to get replacment devices when necessasry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists us when incidents occur by providng evidence or proof to validate that the incident occurred and validate the information provided by the driver or witness.

I use this program several times a day. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything negative to say about this program. Keep doing what you are doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Azuga everyday to correct times on my technician's work orders, rather than having to contact them during their busy days.

No downside, I love the product. It help me manage the 25 drivers I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very helpful in running reports managing my teams driving to be a safe driver. Hard breaking and managing seed is the greatest value.
An excellent platform providing fleet management services with knowledgeable and helpful staff
What do you like best about the product?
The Azuga Fleet platform has been one of the best decisions our company has made to manage our fleet. We are currently using the GPS data loggers as well as the safety cams. The combination of these two products allows us to know the location of any vehicle in our fleet that is in motion or parked. The AI Safety dash cam has provided edudcational opportunities for our drivers to become better drivers and also provides video coverage in the event of an accident. When I have had to speak to anyone from the company from their sales team to the support team, the experience has been helpful and easy to navigate with solutions that work being provided on the first call. The amount of data someone can see from the data loger capture is customizeable and can be utilized for specific needs of your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there is an upgrade happening to the platform that has been somewhat difficult to navigate. I think that this has been a difficulty for us because of our timing to adopt the platform. Even though this has been a frustration at times, the staff has been great at receiving feedback and suggestions for improvements and features that we might like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Azuga fleet has helped our company identify opportunity costs that we did not know existed until we began to see the data come in. We have been able to take steps to help reduce the costs of oporating our fleet and conducting day to day business.

The dashboard is very easy to use, easy to read and intuiative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a couple of issues with my credentials not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to see what technicians are in the best position to service a customer or we have utilized it to verify a tehcnician was at an address.
