What do you like best about the product?
Azuga has excellent GPS and over-the-road camera monitoring to manage the fleet from your phone and computer. With Azuga, you can customize reports to monitor your fleet fuel cost average and compare each unit's performance to implement much-needed improvements. I have dealt with my account representative Vivian and only have good things to say about him. Excellent customer service and support!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes to report. sorry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Azuga customizes the reports that you would need and use to monitor how efficiently your fleet is operating. Reports are easily accessible and can help cut costs by implementing necessary changes to the fleet.

What do you like best about the product?
Gps is pretty accurate and works about 98% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't care for the way you have to see past locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps our Coordinators detect the amount of time it takes to arrive at a delivery, which makes us more productive.

Bad billing and customer service experience

What do you like best about the product?
Overall the available functionality is great, and the data is accurate. The camera system takes clear video, and the GPS shows where the unit is in real time. The breadcrumb report is also great. The account manager was very pleasant to deal with and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cameras are easy to disconnect without disconnecting the GPS. There is no real time alerts that both the GPS and camera system have been disconnected/are not responding.

The billing was incorrect from the get go, and it took over 8 months to get the corrections made. Even once they were made there were still discrepancies.

Any issues that had to go beyond the account manager (ie. the billing issue) felt like you could not get to someone who could/would help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to know where our vehicles are, and when they were at specific locations. Also provided a protection against false claims since we would have video proof of any and all incidents.

Game-changer for our fleet operations!

What do you like best about the product?
The Azuga devices are so easy to install- just pop 'em in to the port in the vehicle- and then the data and visibility you get back on your portal about your fleet is game-changing! We can see where all vehicles are in real time and pull highly accurate reports instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of a downside- they are working great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our vehicles to the minutia. The accuracy of the GPS tracking is fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can see where your vehicles are at during the day. You also receive a lot of information concerning your drivers and your vehicles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is sometimes confusing.

Azuga is providing maintenance information on our vehicles and metrics on our drivers.

What do you like best about the product?
Kunal Sarkar has been great to work with. He has ensured our needs for a chauffeured service company are being met with Azuga products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Any concerns have been addressed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Azuga to track our vehicles as they complete each day's reservations. This allows us to ensure our drivers are on time.

Great App and great payment plan

What do you like best about the product?
We use the ELD feature of Azuga and really like the fact that it is not a high-maintenance application by allowing us to log on only while driving DOT loads, not all the time like other apps require. They have excellent customer support also. And they did not lock me into a long contract; it's month to month, which is also far better than the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know of any downfalls of the application so far. As I become more familiar with and get more experience, I will share any problems I have with the app.; so far, none.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing us the opportunity to use ELD for DOT loads and log off during normal loads without the typical high maintenance associated with other products.

Tracking the shuttle really helps us give our guest the service that they need.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Azuga is that we are able to get real-time locations of our shuttles and how far they are from our guests. Without it, the process of pick up would a hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Azuga. At our hotel property, it does a great job at allowing us to give our guests under a minute response time when they are waiting for pick-ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuracy of time when picking up and dropping off our guests is one of the biggest problems Azuga helps us solve. As a whole, we have increased guest satisfaction when it comes to our shuttle service.

What do you like best about the product?
The personal Geofence setting that can alert you when a vehicle is within a certain distance from an established point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the map is pushed off to the right of the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing safety umongst our company drivers by actually showing them how they drive according to data.
