Using Azuga for business for 2 years
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to monitor the locations and driving habits of my employees. I found one employee was cheating on their timesheets unaware that I was monitoring their whereabouts. Needless to say this person no longer works for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes with Azuga. it has worked well to meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee tracking to assure they are doing what is expected. Also like the ability to monitor the vehicle maintenance.
Terrific, a car was stolen and we tracked it and got back within 10 minutes
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see where our cars are at in real time. Also being able to see when the car is idling and for how long
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing the app is great, I have absolutely no complaints about the app. I honestly feel that anyone with a complaint about the app needs to be trained on it again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 32 cars in our fleet and sometimes our drivers goof off during their shifts and takes the cars out of their designated areas or park the cars and go do whatever they want to do. We used another app for years and the drivers would simply take out the tracker and we wouldn't know. The AZUGA app sends us alerts

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the information on the branch fleet. This also assists us with being more efficient as a company. We can route our technicians more productively every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Azuga devices seem to be more sensative at times than others. We know this because we have had the same drivers in multiple vehicles to verify. This is the only deficiency we noticed in the branch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency issues/productivity issues. It is also assisting us with "no call no show" customer complaints. We also can see how many tehcnicians we have on the road when after hours services come in.

What do you like best about the product?
Each technician can be breadcrumb tracked and that gives insight for us to determine how much time they're spending at a location as opposed to their clock and out times on a job.
It tells us the exact speed, fuel up, ignition on/off
It keeps each tech anonymous for reward tracking so no favoratism can ever be present
Dashboard is great for quickly checking on how all drivers are doing as an overview

The reports tab can be confusing at times to determine which tab you need to use

Determining where a tech is in relation to his next call.

Fleet Coordinator
What do you like best about the product?
I use the mobile app on the go to track down employees making my job so much easier.
The alerts are great for very quick notifications. We have them set up for speed limits, device unplugging and vehicle maintenance.

What do you dislike about the product?
On the website, your able to view the Dashboard. From the dashboard you can use the miles tab to show how many miles are left until maintenance is due. I wish that we were able to see this from the mobile. There is a history in the app, but not a upcoming or overdue maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ayesha Sultana is our rep and she is very quick to reply with a solution to any issue that we have come across.
Azuga has cut down on our incidents as well as help manage distracted driving with their Hard Brake and Hard Brake videos.

The online user interface and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to add for a dislike. We have had some damaged GPS plugin devices so I suppose they could be a bit more durable.

Creating a safe and accountable driving culture.
More helpful than I ever imagined.
What do you like best about the product?
The main dashboard is like one-stop shopping with all your data presented to you in an easy to understand format. And the granulaity of the dta behind the dashboard is very impressive and helpful.Also Azugas integration with other technology such as their on-board webcams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tabublar data could be more customizable. Also (a small wish) would be to please have a Dark Mode option available, particulary in the Live View. Otherwise no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Azuga platform allows me to manage dozens of Vehicles of differing types and purposes with very little effort. The real time email notifications are particularly helpful.

Accurate GPS location, user friendly, and great way to track and record fleet maintenance and repair records.

Our territory rep is great, but sometimes the technical support team could address technical issues more timely. But we realize they are busy with many customers.

Fleet locations, geofencing, idling, driver responsibility, maintenand and repair tracking are all key components we utilize.

that I can track where my trucks at all times

Sometimes the location for the trucks freeze so it's not 100% guaranteed that you'll know where they are
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do lots of gravel deliveries and need to sometimes know which our closest truck would be to grab a load so we often make these decisions based on what Azuga is telling us.
