Marketing Data & ETL Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Adverity is both very flexible and very reliable - after looking at all the options in the ecosystem for connections to Martech/Adtech APIs for ETL, Adverity provided the most robust and flexible solution that fit our needs.
As a part of our onboarding - Adverity created new integrations to some of our edge-case platforms that were not already integrated. When they first told me they would build any connections that we needed I was a bit skeptical, but after about 4 weeks of signing the contract, all of the platforms we needed were fully integrated and available in their product. We also needed some unique flexibility on the destination side and Adverity was able to build out a solution that fit our needs.
Their support team is also incredible, it's very refreshing to have account managers assigned to your account that can provide technical assistance, when we have had some unique/complex transformation needs, our main contacts were able to help us with our transformation scripts directly without the need to send us to support.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Adverity does not provide the most aesthetic platform/UI currently available among other ETL tools, it is a testament to where Adverity spends their time and focus, making a very robust and flexible product. They are building out more documentation available inside the product, but sometimes documentation around unique cases/features can be a bit light.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a flexible solution for automating the flow of data throughout internal tools and destinations inside our organization to ensure we are able to hit the needs of both internal analytics and custom analytics projects for our clients. Adverity has been essential in automating many of the tasks and tools we have internal to service our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Beside the fact that Adverity does it job very well on ETL, it offers a very intuitive dashboard for their clients which improved vastly offer the past years. The fact I like the most though is the possibility to constantly stay in touch with their support team. Very quick responses and actions on problems and new data requests. The Transformation scripts helped out a lot too.
What do you dislike about the product?
With every external ETL Tool comes the one disadvantage of being restricted of individual tailored needs. For each special request one would have to send a support ticket and wait until Adverity implemented it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving API calls from several Partners where we want to fetch data and put it in a cloud storage like S3 as a csv file which works just fine.

What do you like best about the product?
The connector library, the availability of connectors, and if not listed, there is no problem for them to build one if you need it.
Highly reliable platform, no failures from Datatap since we are using it.
Support never had a problem unsolved, and in little, to no time they will solve any problem you may experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation can be improved, but up till now, their support team can solve any problem within a good time frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Datatap for our data integration of multiple marketing platforms. By automating this process with Adverity, we reduced the amount of time of integrating our data, resulting in more time spent on the actual reporting and analytics of our data.

Adverity Insights is great for showing data viszualitions
What do you like best about the product?
There is a clear representation of the data, enabling an intuitive and straightforward usability. The multiple possibilities to visualize the data makes obtaining insights effective, and as you can cover all channels with one software – Adverity – it is also efficient.
Datatap provides several useful features such as importing data, data cleansing and data import status overviews. In addition, the support team is always helpful and very friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Using transformations without having programmatic software development knowledge can be somewhat complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an API connection, so data imports are automatic. After this process, a lot of time is saved, and it is also simple to create reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Adverity's functional richness to customise dashboards as well as the personal contact and support that is available in our preferred language.

Adverity is a very complex platform which takes a fair amount of time to get accustomed to.

Adverity helps us to interpret data and make conclusions in order to improve customer acquisition and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
The support is amazing. Though the regular handling is quite easy, errors or issues might come up and then the support is fast and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
More examples of transformation scripts could be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Adverity for up-to-date multi-channel reportings in various fields. Adverity is necessary in that process especially because it saves the time and energy of data preparation and it accelerates the dashboards by harmonizing and transforming data before the upload.

Top service, customer support. Flexible development base on what customer need.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult to to create transformation script in Adverity's UI. Script is base on Python, but there can be with Adverity's own syntax , which there is missing a detailed guideline .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
API data extraction /transaction. Reliable system and quick support.

What do you like best about the product?
Adverity offers very good balance between customization possibilities for advance data transformers and an easy to operate user interface. As a marketeer you can get in control of your data without relying on 3rd parties (e.g. IT or agency).
What do you dislike about the product?
You always get very good support via the help desk when needed. And there was never a problem unsolved so far. But in general the documentation for the different connectors could still improve in the future. What are the specific characteristics of a data source, what kind of data can you expect and what general transformations did other customers do to improve the quality of the data sets? Answering these kind of questions would make us even more self-reliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to track a return on marketing investment on an international basis. We were struggling with aggregating data in a reasonable time from a variety of data sources. In many cases we were not even able to get hold of the original data as marketing activities were completely managed by agencies. Thanks to the automation possibilities, Adverity reduces the amount of work not only for us but also for local partners.
Beyond ETL: add more intelligence to your dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Adverity is a very stable and powerful suite of platforms when it comes to extract, transform, and visualize data. But what is more important is the possibility to enhance a dashboard with the usage of scripts, virtually transforming a dashboard into a "machine" making calculation based on your own rules and/or algorithms. Datatap + Insights are in my opinion a must for an agency or a large corporation: within the same organisation you are able to structure the accounts for your client, you have 2FA while logging in, you can easily schedule and share a dashboard as email attachment, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Power implies some times complexity and due to the variety of possibilities this suite of tools offers, you may experience a fairly long "learning period" to use both platforms. This depends of course on your own experience with ETL tools or database or coding, and so on. However, Adverity has an onboarding program and the suport team is kickass, so if you need help you will get that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is quite often a time-consuming task, with Adverity we reached a high level of automation saving precious time that we could spend on other tasks. However what is struck me most is not only the capacity of "solving problems" but rather the possibility to develop new tools and going beyond the simple "figures and nice graphs" that you could do even with Excel and PowerPoint.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Value has a cost, so if you are thinking that you can do the same things with Data Studio I'm afraid you are wrong. Considering the stability, the potential, the support (!), the fee for Adverity is well used money.
Automation made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The combination of a best-in-class UI and incredibly proactive support helped us complete a full automation of our marketing reporting infrastructure in less than 30 days. I don't often praise vendors so strongly, because usually something goes awry, but I can honestly say this platform and the teams that support it is a no-brainer. It works exactly as advertised.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had any feedback, it would be that the data cleaning process in-platform is powerful, but can involve a ramp up time for users not already familiar with python. Perhaps building training in to the onboarding process with the top ten cleaning scripts would be helpful. However the support team is so proactive and talented, this didn't pose any threat to our aggressive project timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing programs involve over 25 vendors, three data warehouses, and tracks $XXX million dollars in acquisition marketing activity. Before Adverity, the reporting process took 3 FTE resources to support, and was only able to provide performance data on a weekly basis. With Adverity, it now takes one analyst less than a minute per day to provide incredibly granular, self service reports that serve everyone from the C suite to the individual channel managers and their teams.
What's more, this time savings has enabled our analysts to grow from simply being report generators to being true analytics leaders, digging deep into complex measurements so that we can grow the business intelligently.

Get to the product demo at least. Once you see the back end, you'll see the ease and power of the platform. It works just like that.
