It is still a little unclear on the product aspect along with community aspect

LinearB is next-level for metrics reporting and visibility
What do you like best about the product?
LinearB helps provide visibility into team metrics and an easier way to understand what the team is currently working on, potentially blocked work, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything - there are some potential improvement areas which is to be expected, but LinearB always develops quickly and fast and is quick to answer any questions that our organization has. There are no other products like this. It's an excellent product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a leader of a development team, LinearB helps provide quick and accurate visibility into metrics for my team -- from number of codes changes and PR reviews to the repos that we've had to refactor or rework, there are any valuable metrics that our team can benefit from.

What do you like best about the product?
The LinearB is helping me to find the bottleneck tasks in my projects. Also, to appreciate developers that are working 200%
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any issues while working with LinearB. Maybe, because they provide dedicated support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What tasks and projects are taking too much time. To locate the currently happening issues.
Been using LinearB for a quarter. The insights into team members contributions are very helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
LinearB's Pull Request insights are very helpful to Dev Team Leads. They can see how long a PR has been hanging and integrate that into a Slack notification to keep the line moving. We can also see who's carrying the lion's share of the Reviews, which is great information for quarter-end team acknowledgment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Team sometimes struggles to use the correct naming convention for the Jira integration. We have to manually add new GitHub repos frequently (every day/every other day).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have a good idea of the speed of our teams output.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If a data point isn't making sense, get in contact with the support team - they're very responsive!

Lead time metrics and slack integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
data syncing issues which makes me question some of the data integrity, no export functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead time bottlenecks, work distribution among teams , helps me make informed decisions on workforce allocation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invite all team members and make sure to integrate it into your day-to-day. My team has become obsessed with seeing their lead times and cheer when they're in the "green."
LinearB helps make developer metrics easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to configure dashboards for specific metrics I care about, as well as switching between team view and organization view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typical growing pains, there are occasional bugs with features on the website not working properly, but they are typically addressed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a single place for me to see how all of my teams are doing, with the ability to see across all of engineering or drill down into a specific team.

Would be nice to have an even higher level view that could be used for team analysis without calling out individuals specifically

Great visibility into engineering organizations, teams and devs
What do you like best about the product?
When the pandemic hit and our engineering org was forced to work from home, I was nervous that not every engineer could handle working from home. I also questioned if I could manage remote teams well without being data driven. With LinearB I could now see how my org was doing over time. Now, with visibility into my org, I could compliment leaders and individual contributors on the great work they were doing (or help them get engaged in the work).
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking work based on Kanban methodology is not fully supported in LinearB (but is under development right now).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best benefits I have received from LinearB is using a metric called Cycle Time. This metric is a superior method of tracking the throughput of your teams as compared to agile metrics such as Scrum Velocity.
I'm also able to see other metrics which show how engaged a team or individual is.

Amazing Experience using LinearB
What do you like best about the product?
Really useful for managing people who work from home. I love how it shows real-time Git activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think maybe integrate more version control systems and being able to connect to them faster and more easily..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me my git data constructed with my JIRA data
Great product for continuous improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It has a good user interface that is easy to use. The set up process is very clear and straightforward. The developer community is great and also active.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinearB is not widely known but could have the potential to grow more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was having problems with devops. LinearB helped me with continuous improvement events.
