What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for checking grammar in my fiction writing and correspondence. I like that it identifies errors in punctuation and spelling, which is helpful. The tool is easy to use, which makes it very convenient for my needs. I also appreciate that it lets me control what I decide to edit, especially since sometimes in fiction writing, character-specific dialogue might not be grammatically correct. I use Grammarly in Word and on social media platforms like Facebook, which integrates well into my workflow. The initial setup of Grammarly was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in fiction writing, conversations or other wording might be grammatically incorrect because of character traits. However, I can make the final decisions about what I want to change.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is always available and I don't have to keep re-logging in all the time. I appreciate that it's integrated into my browser, desktop, and Word, which makes it very handy and easy to use. Additionally, I find that setting up Grammarly is very easy, whether reinstalling on my desktop or setting up plugins for browsers and my iPhone. It's great that Grammarly is always there, ready to assist whenever I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that Grammarly's AI is quite where it needs to be to write out full sentences, and I've tried it to use it to write something more from scratch or to make it more readable, and sometimes that does not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me find the correct word and rephrase paragraphs for better understanding, especially when I write technically. It also aids in writing formal communications to government officials.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly serves as an editor when I'm working by myself. The spell check is very helpful, and I appreciate the ability to ask for assistance in changing the tone of a sentence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions that Grammarly gives are not accurate. It might suggest that I change a word to a different word that's not accurate, or suggest punctuation that isn't accurate. Also, I have to restart the extension a lot. It glitches and wont work.

Grammarly helps me stay within word counts, checks spelling, and sometimes assists in changing the tone of sentences.

Occasionally, Grammarly has trouble loading on my Mac, and when it does run, it can noticeably slow down the computer.
