Great Cross-Platform Tool, But Suggestions Can Distract
What do you like best about the product?
It works on any platform I am typing in on my computer

Lightning-Fast Performance That Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the email updates that share personal usage stats. I also like how quick and easy it is to review and accept/deny grammar suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little green 'g' widget is always in the way on the screen. I have to move it quite often to try and finish up what I am working on. Also, sometimes if I select the suggestion, it puts in the new suggestion and still leaves the original text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the head of a very small team with a number of significant public-facing writing projects, I love having the ability to use Grammarly as an additional check. It's also decreased the amount of time I have to spend proofreading and looking up grammar rules to ensure our output is accurate.
Excellent for Perfecting Tone in Documents
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to help me improve a written document to set a certain tone of voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the browser extension will not read some websites when it is text fields you type in.

What I dislike about Grammarly is that some suggestions can feel overly rigid or stylistic rather than truly necessary, especially in technical or scientific writing.

Grammarly helps catch grammar, spelling, and clarity issues that are easy to miss, especially when working quickly. It improves the readability and professionalism of my writing with minimal effort.
Flexible Message Presentation Tailored to Any Audience
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated being able to select how I wanted to present my messages depending on the audience, whether they were knowledgeable or more general. This feature allowed me to tailor the context accordingly, which helped me frame and revise my documents to suit the intended readers. As a result, my text flowed much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did NOT like the way that I could not change the company defaults that I set up. Specifically, there were no clear instructions on how to change them, and the instructions that were provided were not clear or present in the options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate being able to tailor my writing to suit the audience, which helps me make my documents clear and concise.
Outstanding Experience and Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. I write hundreds of thousands of words a week for my job and for school. Having Grammarly on my side makes sure everything I am putting out is as good as it can be. It helps me with punctuation, phrasing, and structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not as great on mobile but I don't use it on my phone very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me confidently show up in my work and has helped me become a better writer by highlighting mistakes and guiding me to correct them. I also really enjoy the weekly stats tracking to see how things are improving, and I do like knowing how much I am writing every week.
Student Loves Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is easy to use and helps me with my university writing. I also use it almost every day. I have been using this software since I was like 12, so it has really helped me a whole lot over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is that it does not offer a fix for passive voice, so then I have to go in and change the sentence structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Grammarly solves is correcting my poor grammar and spelling mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for all my writing, and it's attached to my emails, Word docs, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT, basically everything. It solves spelling and grammar errors and helps me say things professionally and concisely. I love the hints because they're quick and allow me to say things better. I can also dismiss them if I prefer my wording. It provides on-the-spot corrections, and I appreciate that I can turn it off if it becomes distracting with the little button on the lower left. Using Grammarly on LinkedIn helps me stay professional.

Everything is excellent at this time.

Grammarly solves spelling and grammar errors, helps me communicate professionally and concisely, and provides on-the-spot corrections. I like the hints because they allow me to improve my phrasing quickly. It's integrated with emails, Word, and other tools, including LinkedIn.

I like that Grammarly is user-friendly and allows me to pick the type of tone I want, which makes tone selection easy. The initial setup was also quite easy.

I use Grammarly for proof reading and editing. It's user-friendly and offers easy tone selection, making it valuable for work and school tasks.
Grammarly Elevates Writing with Smart Suggestions and Helpful Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly often catches spelling and grammar errors that I don't realize are problems or mistakes. I really like how Grammarly suggests edits to improve sentence structure for clarity. The weekly digest emails show how I am using Grammarly and suggest ways to continue improving. Additionally, I like using the online Grammarly feature to double-check my work as a whole, and not just word by word or sentence by sentence.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when Grammarly makes suggestions that just don't make sense, and it doesn't necessarily learn the words or phrases (jargon) that I use that are work-specific, so it makes suggestions to "fix" things that don't need to be fixed. I also wish it had integration with InDesign, since I spend a lot of my time using that software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly keeps me focused and on-task, and occasionally makes me sound smarter than I feel. It lets me get my thoughts on "paper," then quickly go back through suggested edits to refine my work.
