A long time lover and user of Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly integrates really well into all parts of my work systems. Using the grammar and suggestion features makes all emails, notes, and messages quick and easy to produce. I also send emails and updates to large teams, and having the gen-AI support to make sure they are professional and with the correct tone is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest time I have using Grammarly is when the suggestions don't match up with their word placements on the page, and it can be hard to track. This also messes up my documents because the systems don't always work together. The only other challenge I face is that when it suggests multiple changes in a sentence, I have to either accept all of the changes or manually implement the suggestions I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Noticing errors in my spelling, word choice and tone. I most often use it for grammar and spelling, which it helps with considerably!
Grammarly gives the confidence to click the publish button

Indispensable for Clear Communication, Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Grammarly because it effectively ensures my writing sounds natural and is grammatically correct, which has been invaluable over the seven years I've used it. The setup process for Grammarly was extremely easy, requiring no special steps. I particularly enjoy the feature that suggests rewording options, allowing me to choose phrases that better reflect my thoughts. Grammarly seamlessly integrates with Google Docs and other word processing tools, providing a smooth, spell-check-like experience. Its ability to help me communicate quickly and clearly is priceless, which justifies my continued monthly subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the Grammarly icon sometimes pops up over buttons that I need to press, causing inconvenience and interference with my ability to access certain features without closing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me communicate quickly and concisely, ensuring my writing sounds personal and is grammatically correct. The rewording feature is particularly beneficial, and its seamless integration with Google Docs enhances my workflow.

Great integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how seamlessly Grammarly integrates across apps and devices. Whether I’m writing emails, texts, or documents, it works in the background to catch errors and suggest improvements. The mobile keyboard is especially handy, and the browser extensions make editing smooth and consistent across platforms. It’s a helpful, low-effort way to improve clarity and tone everywhere I write
What do you dislike about the product?
While Grammarly’s AI rewrite feature is useful for quick edits, it can be limited when reworking larger blocks of text. The rewrites sometimes miss context, oversimplify ideas, or strip out nuance. It’s helpful for polishing short passages, but for more complex or technical writing, the suggestions often require manual review and adjustment to retain the original intent and clarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up my output and improves accuracy
If you haven't used Grammarly, you should.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps polish your writing. Our editorial staff members have grammar backgrounds, but Grammarly still saves us time and helps us tighten our content. It would help those who don't have a grasp of grammar avoid embarrassing mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I get an incorrect suggestion, but that is the exception.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps our editors avoid mistakes and write more concise sentences. It also helps identify potential AI text and text that may need citations. This helps us provide correct documents to our internal and external clients.
Grammarly is an indispensable tool to every author.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Grammarly almost daily for the past six to seven years, and love it. To begin, I use Scrivener for my writing platform, and Grammarly seamlessly works within this application, checking my spelling and grammar, both as I write and proofread. Generally, the suggestions Grammarly provides are appropriate and usable.
The program is very easy to use, with a very short learning curve, following a very easy integration process for my computer. I love the monthly reports to see my progress and gauge my improvement over time.
I love that I can have Grammarly resident on my computer and use it there, and not have to upload my files to some online space to have the editing process done. There are many times that I am writing without internet access, so having Grammarly available when offline is spectacular.
I have to admit, that in 7 years of use, I've never had to contact customer support, which in itself speaks to how good the program is. I am sure it would be great, had I needed it, as is the rest of the progrm.

What do you dislike about the product?
Should Grammarly require to be used by uploading files in order for them to be checked, then I would have to change to another provider. I often write offline, and having the program resident on my computer is a must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an author, my aim is to get my story written. I don't focus on spelling or grammar, but on the content and flow of story, the plot, character development and so on. So, when I write, there are many errors, both typos and bad grammar on my part. I use Grammarly to help me clean up the mess I make. I trust it to find the big problems, and then I can focus on the detail of my manuscript.
Grammarly suggests passive construction free writing complete with proper punctuation
What do you like best about the product?
When writing short stories or opinion articles, on the fly, Grammarly catches spelling and grammar errors.
