  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is how accurate and easy to use it is. It catches grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes that I might overlook, and it also suggests better word choices and clearer sentence structures. I especially like how it works across multiple platforms (browser, email, documents), making it a consistent writing assistant wherever I’m working.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Grammarly is that some of the advanced suggestions can feel overly rigid or formal. At times, it changes the tone more than I’d like, so I have to adjust manually. The premium version also locks some helpful features, which might not be affordable for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me write with more confidence by catching mistakes I might miss and improving clarity in my communication. It solves the problem of spending extra time proofreading, especially for important emails, reports, or academic work. By suggesting better grammar, tone, and word choices, it makes my writing more professional and saves me time.

HELPING HAND IN WRITTINGS

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
grammarly for real act like a real time proofreader for me telling if i am wrong and where i am wrong , catching my spelling mistakes , grammatical errors and even the tone of my writeups before i click that send button. another major benifit i can say is clarity suggestions as sometimes my drafts sound too long or over explanatory but grammarly helps me reframe them in a way that is short and easier to understand. the integration is also seemless as i use it directly in my browser , gmails and even on ms word files to keep me correct everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
the downside which i have noticed is that grammarly somtimes ovver corrects or suggest some changs that doesnt quiet fit the context so i often have to ignore those suggestions . another issue is that many of the advanced features like the detailed tone adjustments or vocab suggestions are only available in the premium plan which feels restrictive for the students using the free version. also it does not always capture the nuances of indian english or local phrases we commonly use in notices or cultural announcements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as a student i need to write lot of mails to proffesors regarding syllabuses , class tests , assignment submission and many more. and iin these the problem i always face is grammatical mistakes and akward phasing . and grammarly solves all that by acting as a real time proofreader. it rephrases , catches mistakes and correct it and suggests better alternatives for the words i already wrote to make it look more polished or official. another big problem it solves for me is checking the percentage of plagiarism while working on assignments as not everythng i have knowledge of that i can write in that.

How was the my experience

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
If I were to use Grammarly, I’d probably appreciate how it makes writing clearer and more polished without being overly rigid. It catches those little errors you might overlook, like stray commas or awkward phrasing, and helps to fine-tune your tone. What’s nice is that it doesn’t just fix mistakes—it offers suggestions that help you sound more natural or professional depending on your needs. Plus, I’d imagine the real-time feedback would save me a lot of time when drafting things, since I wouldn’t have to go back and review everything later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is useful, but it definitely has some quirks that can be frustrating. For one, it's a bit too eager to change things. Sometimes, it pushes for edits that don’t really fit the tone or context of what I’m trying to say. I get that it’s trying to make everything sound polished, but it doesn’t always understand when something’s intentionally informal or quirky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving a bunch of everyday problems that many people, including myself, face when it comes to writing. It's like having a super smart assistant who catches mistakes that we might miss, whether we're typing a quick email or drafting a longer paper.

An Essential Writing Assistant for Clear, Polished Communication

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly catches the little mistakes I’d normally overlook, especially when I’m moving fast. It doesn’t just fix typos—it gives me suggestions on tone, clarity, and word choice, which makes my writing sound more polished without losing my voice. I also appreciate how easy it is to use across different platforms like email, Docs, and even my browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions feel a bit too rigid, like it wants me to write in a way that doesn’t match my style. For longer documents, it can slow down or lag, which gets frustrating. Also, a few of the more advanced tools are locked behind the premium plan, so you don’t get the full benefit unless you pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly saves me from sending messages with silly mistakes, which used to happen when I was in a rush. It also helps me clean up sentences that sound clunky or longer than they need to be. The biggest win is peace of mind—I don’t have to double-check everything as much, and I feel more confident hitting “send” or sharing documents.

Grammarly: The Must-Have Writing Assistant for Professionals and Students

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is how it goes far beyond being just a spellchecker. It provides real-time suggestions not only for grammar and punctuation but also for clarity, tone, and word choice, which makes my writing more polished and professional. I really value how it adapts to different contexts—whether I’m drafting an academic assignment, writing emails, or preparing professional documents, the tool adjusts its feedback accordingly. The tone detector is especially helpful because it ensures my writing sounds the way I intend, whether formal, friendly, or persuasive. Another highlight is the plagiarism checker, which gives me confidence that my work is original and properly referenced. Grammarly’s clean, easy-to-use interface and seamless integration with apps like Google Docs, MS Word, and even web browsers make it convenient to use across all my daily writing tasks. Overall, it feels like having a personal writing coach who is available 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Grammarly is that some of the advanced features, such as tone analysis, vocabulary suggestions, and the plagiarism checker, are locked behind the Premium plan, which may feel expensive for individual users. At times, the suggestions can be too rigid or contextually inaccurate, especially when I’m using technical or creative writing, so I often have to manually ignore or adjust them. Also, while the browser and app integrations are very helpful, they occasionally slow down in large documents or online editors. Another minor drawback is that it doesn’t always capture highly nuanced language or regional writing styles, so it may not fit every writing scenario. Still, these are relatively small issues compared to the overall value it provides.Grammarly is very easy to implement since it works seamlessly as a browser extension, desktop app, or mobile app, so I have no complaints there. I also haven’t had to contact customer support often, but when I did, the response time was decent—though I feel more direct, live support options could make the experience smoother. My main concern is with the Premium pricing model, since many of the most useful features like tone adjustments, plagiarism detection, and advanced word suggestions are locked behind the paid version. In terms of frequency of use, I rely on Grammarly daily, so occasional slowdowns in large documents or overly strict suggestions can sometimes interrupt my workflow. Overall, these are relatively minor drawbacks compared to the consistent value I get from using it every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving one of the biggest challenges I face in daily communication—writing with accuracy, clarity, and confidence. Before using Grammarly, I had to spend extra time manually proofreading documents, emails, and assignments, and even then, I often missed small grammar or punctuation mistakes. Grammarly eliminates this problem by instantly highlighting errors and offering real-time suggestions that improve grammar, spelling, punctuation, and even word choice.

Another major problem it solves is adapting tone and style for different contexts. For example, I need my academic writing to be formal and precise, my professional communication to be clear and respectful, and my casual writing (like emails or posts) to sound friendly and approachable. Grammarly’s tone detection and suggestions help me make these adjustments seamlessly.

It also addresses the issue of originality with its plagiarism checker, which is especially beneficial for research work, reports, and content writing. This feature gives me peace of mind that my work is unique and credible.

The overall benefit is that Grammarly saves me time, boosts my confidence, and ensures that my communication—whether academic, professional, or casual—leaves the right impression. It has essentially become my go-to digital writing assistant that improves both productivity and quality of output
