What do you like best about the product?
Snippets have changed my workflow. I can save so much time typing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The snippets have a lag, and/or the Grammarly suggests/questions icon for when you are on different browsers/programs. I have also had it not come up and then all of a sudden it does which slows me down when I am in a groove for work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT has helped me solve my fear of sounding unprofessional. The scripts were not formal before Grammarly. Our communication with customers via texts/e-mails has become stronger.
Grammarly has been essential for producing quality papers during my graduate studies.

Grammarly rephrases sentences that have a better flow than the way I write.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not often, but sometimes, the grammar or sentence structure Grammarly suggests deviates from the essential statement I am trying to express.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly assists me with sentence structure and fine-tuning my grammar so that I can better convey my message to the audience.

Grammarly is so helpful in quickly finding my mistakes when I am typing too rapidly and/or in a mood! Grammarly helps to fix my tone, which I appreciate. It also helps catch all those confusing commas. :)

Simple keyboarding errors such as typos, punctaution errors, wording, etc.

Grammarly is easy to use and figure out and the new AI Writing Generator is really helpful.

It's very clinical when it comes to the rules of english

spelling errors, gram errors, context. It's helping me edit my books so I don't have to hire out that very expensive service.

I love the ease of use when using multiple programs.
There is never a hiccup, and the suggestions are always spot on.

The middle section, for AI use, is small and is the central part I use. It would be visually easier if this were equally big as the main screen.

I typically use Grammarly to either summarize, or clearly re-write something so that it is understandable to a more diverse crowd.
I also use it to help tone down emails that may have a sharp tone, or not a strong enough one.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is always there for me. I appreciate the colorful corrections and suggestions, and my writing has risen a few levels after using this service. It is extremely easy to set up and start using. I use it for any application it applies to, so I use it all the time. Customer support was helpful in the process of choosing which plan to get. I had no trouble incorporating this into my daily workflow!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the corrections don't update immediately after I've changed my sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is improving my writing skills by helping me fix errors and explaining why it chose to make that correction. It makes me think harder about what I'm writing, so I don't make the same mistakes as often.
