Grammarly has helped me to become a better writer. The frequency of corrections is a great teacher.
What do you like best about the product?
Mistakes made regularly become so familiar that those errors become anticipatory, and growth is the byproduct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish ALL fields that pop could be easily "X-ed" out. Some fields stay on the screen no matter what you do, even if you do not want to use them, and they block content you need to see in order to work on. Some fields can be moved on the screen, and some cannot. This is VERY challenging while you are working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with dyslexia and spelling and am GRATEFUL for Grammarly!! Secondarily, I struggel with sentence structure. I have learned a lot by using Grammarly and the frequency of use has made it so I have grown tremendously as a writer!
Perfect for Business Writing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly helps me write with concision and grammatical accuracy. I'm writing safety programs, e-mails, and documents daily. I appreciate that my writing is clearer for the intended audience. Even in Excel, it's always there, ready to correct my terrible writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Grammarly is that sometimes I want to be informal or incorrect for my writing voice and style. Most of the time, it's a good correction. Just that once in a while I have to ignore the blue lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bad spelling and grammar get corrected, I don't look like a total doofus.

The new desktop chatbot function should evolve into a more capable AI agent, enhancing the MCP functionality so that my workflow automation can leverage Grammarly in the near future.

outside of it, not judging me for my horrible grammar, lol. Grammarly has allowed me to catch up with my brain smarts with my typing smart.

sometimes, Microsoft teams does not function properly with Grammarly. Also, atlassian does not function properly with this tool.

it is solving the ability for me to type emails quicker and to portray my positive emotions better based off my verbs.

I do not like how Grammarly handles the use of the Oxford comma. I prefer to use the Oxford comma, and Grammarly sometimes inserts a comma in places where I don't think it belongs, such as after a phrase like 'thank you, Lynn.' This automatic insertion can be frustrating.
