Confidence in Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly assures me that my intended message is conveyed accurately and with a proper tone. It helps me expand my vocabulary as well. I am not a native English speaker, so it is a great support when it comes to my grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
All in all, an excellent tool for someone who wants to improve their professionalism in their written communications.

What do you dislike about the product?
When reviewing documents in Word, for example, there is a list of recommendations. When I click on the error/recommendation, it doesn't immediately take me to the item or highlight it.
My current workaround is to click item #2, then go back to #1 to see the error/recommendation.
Still a minimal issue compared to all the benefits.

Essential tool for English correspondence and content
What do you like best about the product?
I work in Marketing and write a lot of emails and texts in English. I've used Grammarly for years, and I still use it daily; my written English has improved considerably. It helps me to correct minor mistakes immediately and rephrase some passages of text while writing. It's easy to install and use, and it's integrated into many daily applications, such as Outlook and Word. And it works on your mobile device too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it first somehow pricy but it includes now a lot of AI additional functionalities so that the price is justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a lot of content and website texts. We cannot run the risk of errors being contained therein. Grammarly helps me to review and enhance all our English content.

Pop-up icon can block the access and view in some cases but can be adjusted

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a professional tax and compliance consultant for over 50 years, and my extensive reading of laws and regulations has negatively affected my writing. I tend to write like the regulations I constantly study. Grammarly changes much of my original writing, making it more engaging and easier for my typical target reader to understand. I use Grammarly in all of my writing, including casual emails. It is very easy to use and constructive. This has been invaluable because it has helped me grow my client base. Grammarly made four improvements to this paragraph!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly misinterprets what I'm trying to say and makes inappropriate changes. You should review its suggestions instead of just accepting them. This isn't a criticism, just a heads-up to other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I provide information that is important for the reader to understand, along with recommendations for them to follow. To be effective and increase my value to my readers, they must easily grasp what I am writing and suggesting. Grammarly is essential in helping me achieve these goals.

Quick corrections. Provide detailed explanations of why those recommended changes are valuable.

User dependency, since I feel that I can now only write correctly with Grammarly.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly every day. It is easy to use, and unlike AI, it allows me to write something in my voice and fixes the grammar. It also gives me suggestions, but it doesn't auto-correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it doesn't allow me to use the app for whatever I am using, and it freezes my Microsoft Word doc.

It allows me to ensure that my writing is grammatically correct and it has helped ensure that I am not plagiarizing other peoples work.
Easiest Way to Edit Content & Copy in Real Time
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Grammarly. Having used it for several years, it's a platform and tool that every content marketer needs. Safe to say I couldn't live without it. Favorite feature is the real-time suggestions. Make it so easy to edit content and copy in real time while you're producing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions are overdone or pointless. Word variety is good in content, and it often 'dislikes' certain words or phrases and offers the same suggestions repeatedly.

Everyone is strapped for resources, and no one hires editors anymore. Grammarly steps in as an editor to make sure copy and content is clean.
Grammerly is easy to use and the quality of edits suggested is excellent.

Grammarly not only captures grammatical errors but also help refine the language to sharpen the focus and increase the impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the toolbar blocks the line that I am editing. Though I can adjust its position, it will be better if the default location is less obstructing particularly when using browsers.

The AI integration keeps enhancing its utility, constantly providing relevant updates. With no integration issues across various platforms like Google Drive and Canva, it seamlessly fits into my workflow. Its comprehensive features mean I rely on them all daily in my work as an author and advocate.
