Grammarly Magic
What do you like best about the product?
Helps with school assignments for my master's degree. Also works best when drafting emails or writing work-related documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some context gets repeated, and there are also multiple recommendations even when the initial corrections have been implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleaning grammar and simplifying written text
Works great, but freezes sometimes.
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps my writing professional. Also, I like that the AI feature helps me adjust my writing style. I use it daily. I work in customer service and it really helps keep my tone and message clean and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use it in Chrome on 3 PCs, and on all 3, it has stopped working randomly until I restart my tab or browser. The worst part is that I don't know until I spot an error in an email I've already sent. Also, I find that ChatGPT gives me a better rewrite in tone and message than Grammarly AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me write a lot quicker. Generally speaking I can type with a lot of mistakes, feeling confident that it will help me fix things up once I'm done getting my thoughts down in writing.

Repeating not-so-necessary corrections after I do not accept them a couple of times

Sometimes, when my writing is meant to have a casual tone, Grammarly automatically suggests more formal or professional alternatives, which can take away from the intended voice or feel.

Grammarly automatically detects grammar, spelling, and clarity issues in my writing and suggests effective corrections. It improves the quality of my academic research writing and helps me communicate clearly in everyday situations, all without much extra effort.

Grammarly is an excellent tool, especially with its plugin seamlessly working across most websites, making real-time writing assistance incredibly convenient. The newly launched GenAI-based features take it a step further by helping enhance and refine text with smart, context-aware suggestions—making it a powerful companion for clear and effective communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, it prompts a page reload, which can result in the loss of any written text.

Grammarly helps by catching grammar, spelling, and clarity issues in real time, which saves me time and ensures my writing is polished and professional. Its AI suggestions also help improve tone and phrasing, making communication more effective.

It keeps logging me out on my phone. When I’m using it on the phone I only get a few suggestions and then I have to log in to see the whole thing

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use across multiple platforms in my daily work is fantastic. The ability to hit tab and fix basic errors, along with the capability to rewrite the tone and grammar is impressive. Despite having paid plans for Gemini and some other tools, I still pay out of pocket for Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is costly, but I still spend it all the time as it is definitely worth it for me. Occasionally, while using Slack, the icon will get in the way of the words I'm typing.
