Loving the clarity
What do you like best about the product?
That I can choose to improvement my writing based on audience and get suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to follow all the suggestions on a longer document. I have a hard time following which comments line up with which text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and cohesiveness of my writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to check grammar. By repeatedly proofreading on Grammarly, my writing skills are gradually improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that corrections made in a Word file with a track changes function do not display properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps correct the grammar of English sentences translated from Japanese using Deep L, which often contain grammatical errors.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it helps me write with confidence and allows me to have a understanding of proper grammar used.

I haven’t had any bad experiences since I had it this far.

I'm currently a student and this really has helped me with writing.
Grammarly has made writing easier for me and has made me more confident in my writing.

That it revises the while sentence rather than just a phrase within the sentence.

Sometimes it gives me repetitive sentence structures.

Solving my grammatical mistakes. In this way, I will not miss any errors and will have an error free writing.

What do you like best about the product?
For the life of me, as much as I love writing, I cannot figure out the comma. Do I use it here or not! lol Grammarly has helped me fix, probably, over 1000 misuses of the comma as well as those pesky times when I can’t think of the right word. The synonyms it offers have helped me immensely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not a dislike, per se, but the ai suggestions are sometimes pretty out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an author so after I write a first draft, I use Grammarly to go through and fix grammar, overused words, and really just to polish things up.
Wonders for Improving Succinctness and Sensibility
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly can interpret what I write and suggest other ways to say what I mean in a more direct and easier-to-read manner. I also like that it works across multiple apps and tools such as Gmail, Chrome web browser, mobile text messaging, and Microsoft Word.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I write more formal notes, Grammarly often suggests ways to make the writing more personal, sometimes too informal. It would be nice to adjust the settings to turn off the formality function (if it doesn't already exist - I need to tinker), but otherwise, Grammarly is awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its suggestions help about 85% of the time; ironically, Grammarly helps the most with grammar.

There is a delay between the time the small button/floating widget comes up and the prompt can be entered, which sometimes interrupts the flow.
Also, as far as AI is concerned, I use Perplexity, paid ChatGPT, and paid Claude, and I find that Chat and Claude do a better job of maintaining the tone than Grammarly's suggestions.
I mostly use AI in emails, and I find it clunky to paste from the floating widget onto the email and reformat the email with line breaks.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me track my writing, and this is very important in my job as a graduate research assistant, writing different academic papers. It helps me refine my language and make sure I am writing original ideas in my own words and not copying other authors. I have used Grammarly for a while now, especially the past two years in writing my thesis, and it has helped me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could change the general tone of your writing, especially when using scientific words that are probably unique to a certain field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me refine my writing and use synonyms when needed. I am also able to keep track of my grammar as I write different research materials.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is incredibly helpful in ensuring my writing is polished and professional. Its real-time grammar, punctuation, and clarity suggestions make it easy to catch errors I would otherwise miss. I especially appreciate the tone detector, which helps me tailor messages to be more friendly or formal depending on the context. The interface is intuitive, and it integrates seamlessly with browsers, Google Docs, and email platforms. It has genuinely improved the quality and confidence of my communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Grammarly is excellent for improving everyday grammar and writing, it sometimes misinterprets context in more technical or creative writing. Some of the suggestions can be overly rigid or unnecessary, and there’s an occasional lag when using it on complex documents. I’d also love to see more customization in writing goals and styles, especially for niche professional use cases.
