Keeps getting better and better
What do you like best about the product?
I like the plagiarism tool. The writing suggests keep getting better. It's a time saver and helps ensure my work is accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's slower than it should be. The app icon can get in the way and has to be moved manually

It helps me be a better writer. I get spelling and grammar help right away, along with ensuring I sound competent, confident, and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work very well for teaching & learning use cases. It means well, but the lack of customizatoin and features for allocating Grammarly to students makes it challenging. The writing output from students all sounds the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An opportunity to be a better writer, along with some benefits in the classroom setting to critique and improve student writing.

Honestly, the thing that keeps me hooked on Grammarly? Stupidly simple to use, Integrated so well with browsers, like, you install it once and boom—it’s just there, lurking in the background, fixing your embarrassing typos before anyone else sees them. Doesn’t matter if I’m typing up a rambling email in Gmail, wrestling with a Word doc, or just shooting off a Slack message. Setup? Took me less time than making a cup of coffee, not even exaggerating.
I probably use it way more than I’d like to admit. It’s not just grammar and spelling, though, yeah, it’s saved my butt on those more than a few times. But the real magic? Those little nudges about tone or when my sentences are getting a bit… let’s say, chaotic. Plus, the layout’s clean. No annoying pop-ups or weird clutter. Just what I need, where I need it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very reliable for writing contents. It's real time suggestion for punctuation, tone and improving writing structure save my time. Especially for professional emails, reports and content writing. I also like the feature of uploading documents directly in the grammarly app for making changes in the file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has very limited access for the user like me how has to relies on grammarly. Sometimes it suggests repetitive phrases for creative contents and intended tone can be weird.

It helps me with day to day challenge of office communication by refining grammar, punctuation, and tone in my email drafts. As I do lot of email campaign it helps me that also for content purpose. It reduce my editing time making my work easy.
