An essential tool for writer of all level
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a great tool for making my writing clearer and more proper. It saves a lot of time and keeps you from making embarrassing mistakes by checking your grammar, spelling, and punctuation in real time. I really enjoy the tone detector and the ideas for making things clearer. It's like having an editor who helps you seem more professional or pleasant, depending on what you need. It works well on all platforms since it works with MS Word, Chrome, and Gmail. Grammarly Premium is considerably more effective for academic and professional writing because it has sophisticated style recommendations and checks for plagiarism.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Grammarly is great, but it's not very flexible when it comes to writing especially when it comes to artistic writing, it sometimes offers changes that don't fit the tone. There are some of the best features, like finding copying or rewriting whole sentences, that can only be used with the Premium plan. This can be a problem for students or people who want to save money. Plus, Grammarly makes it easy to connect to other apps, but unless you have Grammarly Business, you can't use more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly fixes a lot of common writing problems, like spelling and language mistakes, confusing sentence structures, bad word choice, and tone that doesn't make sense. For someone like me who writes a lot of emails, reports, creative papers, and academic material, these problems can make my work less credible and clear. Grammarly saves me time on editing, keeps me from making stupid mistakes, and helps me talk more properly. To put it simply, Grammarly makes my writing better, faster, and more confident, making it more finished and powerful with less work.

I like that Grammarly catches grammar and spelling mistakes in real time, it's like having a second set of eyes. It also gives helpful suggestions to make your writing clearer and checks your tone, which is great for emails. Plus, it works everywhere: browsers, Word, Google Docs, even on your phone. Super convenient.

Sometimes Grammarly can be a bit too strict, it suggests changes that sound robotic or overly formal. It also doesn’t always understand context, especially with creative or technical writing. And while the free version is useful, a lot of the best features are locked behind the paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Grammarly to catch typos, clean up grammar, and make sure my tone sounds right, especially in emails and work docs. It’s just a nice safety net for writing.
