Grammarly for University
What do you like best about the product?
I love grammarly for papers in University. It helps me bring my ideas together on paper and making my ideas flow together. I really appreciate the help with grammar as it is not my strongest skill sometimes and I like how it helps with tone of my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI is wrong about grammar correction and I will disregard it. Or I will fix something that is highlighted and then it will glitch back to being highlighted and only give a few suggestions. Eventually i pick one and ignore the highlighted if it comes up again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me with grammar and writing papers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate is that it allows me to write my way. Everybody knows I'm not native, and sometimes these apps turn you "too correct". Grammarly gives you suggestions on whether you can take or not, or rewrites everything for you if you are feeling it. But it allows acronyms, abbreviations, and jargon that are specific to a context

What do you dislike about the product?
It uses a little pop-up that sometimes gets in the way. You can move it around, but I'd like it to get transparent.

It allows to check my grammar firstly, but also helps me review the tone to make it more effective when needed

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it takes a writing assistant to the next level, evaluating your tone to suggest on-brand edits, creating a personalized tool rather than a one-size-fits-all product. I also love the weekly progress updates to show you the ongoing impact you're paying for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The floating Grammarly widget can be a bit annoying at times.

It provides me quick, yet easy suggestions and evaluations for my writing with co-workers and clients alike!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Grammarly for a while, and it’s been a helpful tool. It catches grammar and spelling issues efficiently and offers useful suggestions to improve clarity and tone. It’s particularly useful when I want to make sure my writing is clear and well-structured, especially for academic or professional texts. Overall, a solid support for anyone who writes frequently.

Sometimes it can slow things down a bit when using the app inside Word, but overall it’s a solid tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me catch grammar mistakes, unclear sentences, and awkward phrasing that I might overlook. It also suggests ways to improve tone and clarity, which is especially useful when I’m writing academic texts or professional emails. The biggest benefit is feeling more confident that my writing is polished and easier to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly helps me reword sentences that don't seem to sound right. I love that it gives me a weekly review of how I am doing compared to others. It reaffirms that I do a lot of work, and it shows that I am doing a great job. There are times that I use the Snip-it to show that I am doing great. I go back and review that Snip-it when I am feeling like I am unproductive.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of times during meetings, I make notes on my laptop then later go back into the notes to do minutes. I wish there was a way to tell Grammarly that I am doing this. Sometimes, while typing, it seems to lock on certain sentences, and I have to go in and tell it to dismiss. It would be nice to be able to turn it off and on. Maybe it does, and I just don't know how to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me reword my sentences when needed. I send out several sets of minutes each week to all staff, and I feel more confident about my writing skills since I started using Grammarly.

Grammarly is straightforward to use. I love how it properly recreates my messages.

At this moment, I don't have any complaints with Grammarly.

As a Spanish speaker, it helps me identify common daily mistakes in all my communications.

Really nothing. The software does everything for you.

It saves a lot of time by instantaneously grading a writing assignment and explaining why it gets a grade. It can also check plagiarism quickly.

Needs to be an extension for Outlook on Mac

Keeping my emails and reports error free and helping me enhance my writing
Grammarly is a solid solution for any writer from business to personal needs and beyond

I like that it learns from the community, your own use, and the community
What do you dislike about the product?
The login mechanism should have a remember me ability for your password as I have a fingerprint reader and a complicated password that I have to look up far too ofen.

Helps me with my grammar and if something does not make sense, it offers solid suggestions that become corrections
The web app is good
What do you like best about the product?
It is good at suggestions and alternative ways of writing the same thing. Finds most errors accurately. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't work well with OS's built in functions, usually interferes with built in autocorrection, by disabling them. Because of this I don't use the desktop version. It would be nice if it worked as an addition rather than replacement of built in features.

Grammar, spell check and proofreading.
