Grammarly Gets the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is incredibly helpful for catching grammar, punctuation, and tone issues in real-time—especially when writing professional emails or documents. I really like how it adapts to different tones (like formal or friendly) and provides suggestions based on the context. The clarity and conciseness suggestions are also super helpful, and I find the Chrome extension and integrations (like Gmail and Google Docs) convenient for everyday use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly overcorrects or suggests changes that don’t quite fit the intended voice, especially with more creative or conversational writing. Occasionally, it flags things that are technically correct or stylistically intentional, which can be distracting. Also, the full feature set is only available in the premium version, which can be a bit pricey depending on your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps ensure my writing is polished, professional, and easy to understand. It catches small errors I might overlook, especially when I’m working quickly. It also helps me tailor tone—whether I want to sound friendly, confident, or formal—which is a big help in marketing and brand communications. It saves time and gives me peace of mind knowing my message comes across clearly.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using grammarly since 2022, both mobile app and web app version. It's very handy and comprehensive in terms of prompts it offers and the easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app gets abruptly disconnects.

It takes the guesswork out of editing any emails or pieces I need for work. I use it daily on nearly every platform I write with.

Sometimes the actual plugin tool will block what I am looking at and I need to move the cursor around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves my problem of being redundant and/or long-winded in my communication. It shows me how to edit sentences to be clearer and more concise, while also correcting my spelling.

Subscription is too expensive which is really need to focus on

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped me sound more professional in my day-to-day work life and has assisted me in an area that I have always struggled with throughout my life. I use this every day because it is automatically open when I type on any word based product.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the program on a mobile device, it can be difficult to see what you are typing at times because the text is covered. However it is nice to see how the program changes. Sometimes the recommended changes do not make sense and you have to stick with your original text.

Most of the time, I do my best work when I’m in a zone. I don’t necessarily pick up my tone, and Grammarly not only consist of word error corrections, but it helps maintain a consistent tone. It functions to make your writing more consistent, by providing alternative ways to write something in a shorter manner. Yes, obviously like the name it’s a great grammar tool.

Nothing. It’s functional and easy to use.

I have a problem with writing too long, and not using action tense (passive voice).
