A Must-Have for Clear, Confident Writing
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Grammarly is how it helps me express myself clearly and professionally—without taking away my voice. It doesn’t just correct typos or grammar mistakes; it explains why something needs to change, which has really helped me grow as a writer. I also appreciate how it adapts to different tones—whether I’m writing a sweet caption for my dog treat business or replying to a professional email, it always has my back.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love how helpful Grammarly is, sometimes it can be a little too eager with its suggestions. Occasionally, it recommends changes that feel overly formal or that don’t quite match my natural tone—especially when I’m trying to sound fun or casual. I’ve learned to take its advice with a grain of salt and trust my instincts when needed. A little more flexibility in tone would make it even better!

Grammarly is solving one of the biggest problems I face as a writer—making sure my messages are clear, polished, and professional without losing my personal touch. Whether I’m drafting product descriptions, social media posts for my dog treat business, or even just emails, it helps me catch grammar slips, awkward phrasing, and tone issues before I hit send.
It’s especially helpful when I’m juggling a lot or feeling a little tired—it gives me that extra layer of confidence knowing my writing is on point. Grammarly saves me time, boosts my confidence, and helps me communicate more effectively with my audience.

Easy to use and I can just type and do the cleanup work at the end

The integration with my Apple keyboard takes away some of the predictive text and options, and as not as clean as I would like it to be

The best tool to improve your written english
What do you like best about the product?
The best I like about Grammarly is the quality and authenticness of the suggestions they provide. Although it sometimes doesn't understand the content of the text, most of the occasions they are correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their price. I wish it could be cheaper, mostly for teams. Us, PhD students, cannot afford this prices most of the time.

Mostly translations from Spanish to English, to fit better the chosen words.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is one of my go-to tools for both academic and professional writing/communication. I love how it catches grammar and punctuation errors quickly, and how it also offers clear suggestions for improving tone and clarity. This is especially helpful when I'm writing papers or composing professional emails. It offers real-time feedback which makes it easy to catch small mistakes before hitting send or submit. I appreciate the tone detector when drafting more sensitive messages or formal messages at work. I use it all the time!

Some of the suggestions feel unnecessary or overly formal, and occasionally it misses context in more technical writing. I have it integrated across multiple platforms, but sometimes I want to turn it off.

It has so many use cases in the professional world - I'm so busy, and when writing newsletter articles, formal emails to staff, or letters to our Board or Bondholders, I do not always have the time or creativity to put something together. It also helps me organize presentations and offers additional notes I can use when presenting or speaking.

It is concise and is a very good tool to identify errors and formualte sentences that are tailor cut for my research paper

The downside is that sometimes it suggests the wrong idea!
