Love this program
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly can help me look as professional as I wish to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can tell. I wish I could use it within InDesign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize my thoughts.
Grammarly is a life saver! I rely on it a lot.

How it corrects you, how it asks what tone you would like, and the AI feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is annoying having to always correct the apostrophes I would like. But honestly not much. There is also a "premium" feature that pops up for me and it says I only have like 1-2 uses a day, but I already have premium so I do not understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me get good grades by sounding grammatically correct.
Quick and Professional
What do you like best about the product?
I am a quick emailer. By that, I mean I respond to the questions asked or ask the questions I need answered. No fluff, no explanations, get to the point. My boss appreciates less of the fluff. Grammarly has helped make that part fast and easy. I love that I can give it the things I need to say, and it can make my emails sound thoughtful and professional while correcting spelling and grammatical errors. Overall, Grammarly has significantly boosted my confidence in writing, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to refine their skills and produce error-free content. It's a must-have tool for anyone who communicates through writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, honestly, it is an excellent service and is extremely easy to use. Sometimes it doesn't realize there is a period or comma already there, so I have to go back and forth with it, adding an extra period or comma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps identify and correct grammatical errors that I might easily overlook. This ensures that my writing is polished and professional. The tool offers clarity suggestions to improve sentence structure and overall readability. Another problem Grammarly tackles is style consistency. By providing feedback on tone and word choice, it helps me maintain a consistent voice across different types of writing, whether I’m drafting an email or writing a formal report.

Excellent service with some annoying UI issues that interfere with the experience.

Sentence recommendations for correct English, grammar, spelling, and readability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is problematic…Particularly going through large documents. Grammarly often gets in the way and has to be shut down. It needs to be easier to redirect the prompts and icons…

Facilitates document creation and editing… more professional, correct, and readable text.

What do you like best about the product?
At times, I can struggle with my tone - as I have a tendency to sound more blunt than I would like. Grammarly helps adjust the tone to professional, so that my messages aren't lost in translation so to say. I also appreciate the spell check featuare.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the least helpful thing I have experienced is the little widget when using Microsoft word. For some reason, it always wants to sit on the spot where the zoom in/out feature is, and I have a difficult time moving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often write reports, and need to source and cite materials. I use the plagiarism checker to make sure that I am sourcing and citing my materials appropriately. The last thing I want is for a mistaken plagiarism to cause the integrity of my work to be questioned.
Great for increasing efficiency.

Grammarly works on platforms to ensure my grammar is always on target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes random bubbles will pop-up and prevent me from typing after I highlight a piece of text. This seems to be new. Maybe there is a way I can turn this feature off.

Grammarly makes all my client facing deliverables professional in a short period of time.

I find it very useful when writing emails and I love how it offers suggestions rather than changing it immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful is the non-paid version. I wish my students had access to it for free. They are using it appropriately and would benefit more with the paid version.

This helps me as a department chair when I am drafting emails as well as an English teacher daily.
Useful writing co-pilot
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives suggestions to rephrase certain sentences for better clarity or professional tone! It's like having a second pair of eyes on my writing so I can be sure it's quality work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The grammarly icon itself can get in the way of writing or editing. The icon is a bit clunky and turning it off is sometimes delayed which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It ensures my writing is grammatically correct and clear. As a blog writer, this is helpful since I don't always have someone reviewing every single thing I write, so grammarly works as a nice assistant.
Extremely Useful!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having Grammarly around to make quick grammar fixes to my writing, whether for content or email. It has seamless integration, is easy to use, and is unobtrusive. I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some annoying suggestions that clearly don't make sense. For instance, I've had to dismiss their suggestion of placing a comma in the MIDDLE of the word. And this has happened multiple times. As well as rejecting suggestions that remove a space, but that would mean two different words are merged.
