Excellent Grammer and Spelling Advice
What do you like best about the product?
Highly intuitive. Provides excellent sentence and paragraph rewriting. It definitely enhances your writing skills and can adapt to your writing style.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very pleased with the product. I can't think of anything right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me with improving grammar and sentence/paragraph writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the categories, it's easy to distinguish between the different types of suggestions. I like the plug-ins to the Word.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside, unless you are in a crunch for time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is embedded in Word, Outlook, and my browsers, and I don’t need to copy and paste my text on their website to check its grammar. That makes it ideal compared to ChatGPT, which can do the same job.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a bit expensive, but it is possible to find deals and discounts

English is not my first language and Grammarly helping me to check my writing while communicating with my colleagues through emails

As I write a lot of emails, Grammarly takes care of Grammar and Sentence structures and makes sure it's nice.

It’s improving my writing across the board—more polished, more coherent, and more engaging. It solves the problem of typos and repetitive phrasing, helping me create more engaging communication—both at work and in messages to friends and family.

An Excellent Writing Assistant, Especially for Everyday and Academic Use
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me catch grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes that would otherwise slip through. Its real-time suggestions are fast, intuitive, and often improve sentence flow. I especially appreciate the tone detector and clarity enhancements. These are useful for writing academic papers, emails, or even social media posts. The browser extension and integration with Word and Google Docs are seamless, and the weekly performance reports are a nice bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium version is a bit pricey, and some of the suggestions feel too rigid or overly formal, especially when writing in a more casual or creative tone. Occasionally, it flags correct phrasing or misinterprets context, particularly with complex sentence structures or technical writing. Also, the plagiarism checker could be more robust for academic work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly reduces the time I spend proofreading and helps ensure my writing is professional and error-free. As a non-native English speaker, it also gives me more confidence in academic and professional communication. It’s especially useful when I’m in a rush or multitasking.

Snippets have changed my workflow. I can save so much time typing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The snippets have a lag, and/or the Grammarly suggests/questions icon for when you are on different browsers/programs. I have also had it not come up and then all of a sudden it does which slows me down when I am in a groove for work.

IT has helped me solve my fear of sounding unprofessional. The scripts were not formal before Grammarly. Our communication with customers via texts/e-mails has become stronger.
Grammarly has been essential for producing quality papers during my graduate studies.

Grammarly rephrases sentences that have a better flow than the way I write.

Not often, but sometimes, the grammar or sentence structure Grammarly suggests deviates from the essential statement I am trying to express.
