What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for essays, discussion posts, and presentations in my college coursework. Grammarly helps me write group handouts, reports, and reviews at work. I've seen an improvement in reception and comprehensive communication in both usage areas. I love this tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes don't need Grammarly in casual correspondence or daily writing. I wish it were more convenient to toggle the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me write more clearly and effectively. Also, I am relieved of the concern of unintentional plagiarism.

Easy to understand and use. Cost is affordable, and it makes my job much easier and efficient. Mike Jacobs the customer service rep was very helpful, friendly and timely with his responses.

I have not run into anything yet. I know that customer service is easily accessible if I do.

Grammarly provides a wonderful safety net for anyone whose work will be shown to a wide audience or face lots of scrutiny. It is very easy to use and integration across multiple platforms is seamless. I'm happy that it's always on on in the background.

The location of the suggestions bubble can be inconvenient.

Grammarly has helped staff members cut down on type-o's and other mistakes.

Essential tool for professional writing
What do you like best about the product?
I need integration with all my apps, where I write: Messenger, Google Chrome, MS Word, and PowerPoint. In addition, the product is easy to use inside GMAIL, Teams, and Outlook. I have been receiving emails showing how frequently I have been using it in all of my applications.

I noticed a delay in some websites. For instance, when writing on Facebook inside a Chrome window.
