Effortlessly improved writing
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Grammarly Pro about six months ago. I have always felt that I was a strong writer, but Grammarly has helped me refine my writing in ways I did not expect. I appreciate all of the suggestions to rephrase my writing for clarity and brevity. I know I can be long-winded, and Grammarly helps me get my message across with less words.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints about Grammarly. Sometimes it will make suggestions that I do not agree with, but it’s more often than not spot on with suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to write more clearly and remove unnecessary phrases from my writing.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is useful for helping me correct errors when I write in English, especially since it's not my first language. Additionally, the tools for rewriting and adjusting the text's fluency are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be an option for payment in other currencies, to make it easier for people from other countries like me to make purchases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gramarly helps me review grammar and improve my texts in English to have a more natural English.

Succinct, relevant, helpful, and accurate

Not much - it is there when I want and is easily disregarded if I don't want it.

Better communication.

What do you like best about the product?
As a non-native English speaker, it helps me to focus on content while Grammarly addresses any formal issues. I also appreciate its ability to adapt my tone and assist with shortening and summarizing my texts. Additionally, I love that it's available in word processors, browsers, and other types of software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am an academic, so sometimes it suggests unnecessary changes, like substituting specific technical terms with synonyms. It is also not well suited for texts that use a lot of parenthetical citations—I wish it were integrated with tools like Zotero. I also wish it were available in other languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work involves a lot of writing for various purposes and audiences. Grammarly helps me proofread my writing, so it is always tailored to my goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I considered myself to be a fairly effective communicator, but it took only a few uses of Grammarly to realize that it dramatically improved my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Grammarly to learn about my style by eliminating recommendations I routinely dismiss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved the proffessional tone of my emails and reports
I have it to be automatic on all of my emails so nothing is sent out with improper grammar.
What do you like best about the product?
rephrasing of sentences to make better sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
all of the comma's. lol Some how I should be using the comma a lot more often than I even learned in school.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is ensuring that all of my communication with donors is proper; no spelling errors and no improper sentences.

Corrects my grammar. In particular, my sentence structure.

causes my system to freeze often. I have had to disable it on my desktop.

I like that it does its best to make sure that your tone, as well as your spelling, is as neat as it can be

If I write a huge paper, but the spelling or grammar isn't perfect, I don't like that it will try to cut the words from my paper

Helps me change my tone with emails and corrects emails and documents to ultimately sound more professional. I use it a lot. I do like how it changes wording and vocabulary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. It is a very expensive service. That is why I can't give it a 10. I also want to be able to copy and paste my email into the AI part of the service.

Helps me with email tone and what I sound to others and checks my emails or google docs to make them sound better.
