Great Product. Even better than I expected.
What do you like best about the product?
I didn't think I needed a lot of help with grammar and writing as an English major, but we all fall into bad habits in speech and writing. And Grammarly has helped me correct many of those issues so that my writing is more professional and proper.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always agree with some of the suggestions, but that is a nitpick and personal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My shortcomings in written communication.

ease of use, helps me to organize myself. AI component very helpful

none so far. Maybe this is there, but a quick tutorial of tips and tricks to using it more efficiently would be good

Extremely Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I was very reluctant to use Grammarly as I pride myself on being known as the Grammar Police with family and friends. However, I was surprised to see that just a few tweaks made me even more proficient in writing. I like how Grammarly just works in the background, offering me suggestions and letting me choose whether or not to accept those revisions. I am in control, so that is perfect for an OCPD person like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a relatively new user, I have not found anything to dislike about Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is offering succinct suggestions to me as I write, whether it is for professional purposes and private. It easily offers me the choice of making a change or not.

The suggestions mimic my writing tone, so it sounds natural.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems to be glitchy when interfacing with GMail. Additionally, the Grammarly icon in Word sometimes is in the way of the magnifier and cannot be moved.

Catching grammatical errors from typing too fast.

It's versatile so I can use it for work, school, or personal business correspondence.

I wish there were an option for other languages for Grammarly. I am bilingual.

Well, I use it in writing emails at work to other colleges so that there are no mistakes.

I appreciate how Grammarly offers suggestions that make my writing sound like me.

Sometimes Grammarly can freeze. Occasionally, I have to restart Google to make Grammarly work again.

Grammarly shows me areas that I need to improve my writing.

Fixes my grammar as I write and helps me to polish my sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some suggestions change the meaning in the sentence therefore I have to double check suggestions. However I see this also as a plus because it might be due to my sentence being unclear so it prompts me to revise my sentence.

With Grammarly, I have been able to improve the way I express my ideas. It gives you a lot of suggestions that can help you express yourself better and with more confidence.

If you do not review the suggestion, it may change the idea you were trying to express.

Since English is not my native language, it has been challenging for me to use perfect grammar, so it helps me express myself properly and without errors.
Great tool with some quirks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the many ways you can customize your text to be tone-appropriate. I also enjoy seeing color-coded delineations between errors and improvements. It is very easy to use and integrate into many apps or websites. I use it daily, making it one of my most-used tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often get sent into a "circle of revision," where one fix causes another to be suggested as a fix, resulting in the original thing being indicated that I had just fixed. This can get annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly does what the name suggests, which is to help me write with proper grammar. In some instances, it will improve suboptimal or wordy sentential structure as well.

The interface is nice. It's helpful to have the floating icon all around as easy access

After some AI features that seem to have been added now, the app makes a ton of really weird suggestions that change the context of the sentence and render it useless.
