Grammarly is a reliable tool for improving academic and professional writing.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides real-time grammar and style suggestions that help me write more clearly and professionally. It is especially helpful when drafting academic papers or professional emails. I also appreciate its tone detection and plagiarism checker, which give me confidence in the quality of my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions can be overly rigid or contextually inappropriate for technical writing. In addition, certain features are locked behind the premium version, which may not be affordable for all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an academic researcher, I frequently write research articles, grant proposals, and professional emails in English. Grammarly helps eliminate grammar and stylistic errors, ensuring my writing is clear and professional. It significantly reduces the time spent on proofreading and enhances the quality of communication with international collaborators and journals.
Grammarly has helped my writing tremoundously.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been a great addition to my work and academics. The addition to it into Microsoft Word and Safari allows me to easily write papers. I use Grammarly almost every day for writing reports and emails. I do also enjoy the tone detection, especially when writing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of the software into PowerPoint can be improved. Also some of the suggestions are repetitive and not useful. There should be a better way to tell Grammarly how to improve their suggestions based on the type of writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me with grammar and tone when writing emails. Also it has helped me with improving my vocabulary with my manuscripts.
Great for work and school

I don't have to think about grammar corrections, they auto-populate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tiny grammarly pop-up is always in my way.

It really helps with school work, ensuring that I am not plagiarizing and using AI content.
Amazing for writers
What do you like best about the product?
I use this all the time for work and it helps me greatly with our knowledge base and help files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if I could move the G icon to more places because sometimes it's in my way.

fixing grammer and spelling errors as well as sentence recommendations.
G2 makes me a better, quality writer
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful aspects of using G2 is the real-time correction/assessment of my writing. I appreciate being able to think through, judge, and rewrite as needed. I can always go back and change the whole paragraph if I need at a later time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the same vein, what I dislike about Grammarly is the constant interruption when I'm flowing. I need to put corrections off until I finish my piece to return for edits; a minor inconvenience for uninterrupted work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For most of my business needs, Grammarly helps polish items I have already written and also spur on ideas when I'm stuck.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to use Grammarly when grading my students’ papers as an instructor in a nursing school. Additionally, I find it helpful for writing my papers as a doctoral student. Grammarly gives me a chance to make sure citations are correct.

I wish that Grammarly was more affordable.
