What do you like best about the product?
English is not my first language, so using Grammarly has been a huge help when writing articles and emails. I also used it to refine translations I did from German to English. I am very grateful. I have also been improving my writing over time. I have been a customer for over two years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I bring in words from other languages, and I find it difficult to figure out how to add them to the vocabulary.

Grammar, sentence structure with better flow of words, spelling

What do you like best about the product?
The rephrasing suggestions. The fact that you can choose the tone of the text, or the possibility of prompts. I like the quality of the language and vocabulary check. The rephrasing feature should be further developed. Open-AI can correct your basic grammar, but Grammarly has the advantage of making the rephrasing sound non-AI-generated. I also like how easy it is to use and implement the suggestions. I use it every day, and it is necessary for me since I am a non-native speaker and have to communicate and work in academic environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical performance could be improved. Sometimes it's just not working, as if it's deactivated. Also, may add a "small" AI bot with whom you could discuss more about writing the text. The prompts window is too limited in understanding and developing the type of writing you want.

Help me write emails to my co-workers. Do academic writing. Proofreading.

What do you like best about the product?
While I have a professional proofreader, Grammarly is a great secondary back-up to continually ensure all of our brand publishes content that is spelled and worded correctly. We also use Grammarly to scan all submitted content for plagiarism and AI. Grammarly is easy to use, and we utilize it weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love Grammarly and have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a century-old national brand, our marketing team works to ensure that all content we post is accurate and spelled and worded correctly. Grammarly provides us an additional level of review which helps preserve our brand quality and authority. We also use it to ensure that all content submitted by others, usually our blog, is original and not plagiarised or using AI generated copy — we have a niche brand and a strict no-AI policy on all content.
It is a great software writing correction and fine tuning

It's suggestion to improve clarity of sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes gives suggestion changes the meaning of the original sentences.

It gives a wide variation of my draft sentences. Some sentences do reflect my idea better than the original sentences.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been fantastic and has drastically improved my writing. I think the best part is that it has helped with efficiency. I used to read over emails and memos a hundred times before sending them out, but with Grammarly, I can have it looked over real quick, take a look at the suggestions, and send it on. I recommend this to anyone who does a lot of writing at work!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I have experienced may not be an issue with Grammarly itself, but I had some issues with it randomly not showing up in my Office 365 browser.

The efficiency and clarity of my writing.

I like that it helps me rewrite things using a different tone. It has improved my typing and communication skills. My emails are now cleaner and more on point. It is a tool I use every day and I LOVE IT.

I don't dislike anything about Grammarly. It is all around great.

Before Grammarly I would use unnessary words, misspell words and use incorrect punctuation. Now I am able to write my emails with more confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the portability of Grammarly; I can work anywhere seamlessly and not be distracted by formatting, and I can focus on the words I write to get them just how I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be too clever; I am a creative writer, sometimes it doesn't get it when I am being deliberately ungrammatical - or making longer repetitive phrases to add rhythmic impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distractions on formatting... It alos gives me a great thinking space.
I truly enjoy using Grammarly, it is simple to use and gives me peace of mind

It gives me peace of mind that my writing will be solid and error free. I enjoy using the suggestions and improve the quality of my work.

At times grammarly does not recognize specific language and writing patterns that bring more flair to the conversation. I just ignore the prompts trying to correct me.
