Sentence rewriting and Integration of the app into email is best feature
What do you like best about the product?
That it catches flaws in my emails very quickly and it's rewriting for clarity suggestions are very useful. Also the design of the platform for desktop writing is nice and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would integrate more AI to summarize articles of external sources

Reducing mistakes and improving written content
Using Grammarly has been a wonderful experience, helping me to be more efficient and productive.
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Grammarly is that it allows me to correct spelling and grammar errors quickly and efficiently. These tools allow me to move on to the next tasks without spending a great deal of time proofreading everything to the letter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The various suggestions they make after proofing my writing the first time. At times, there will be three or four different options for one sentence, and often it will take the original thought out of context the original idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to solve my spelling and grammatical errors, while also providing me time in allowing me to use AI to help write some of my discussions with staff, students, and parents.

Ease of use, suggestions, accuracy, and explanations
What do you dislike about the product?
The suggestions box/icon sometimes blocks an input box, making it difficult to see what you are typing, click within the box, or click out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to detect AI usage in students' assignments. This also saves me time that would typically be spent obsessing over my word or grammar usage—second-guessing whether I'm correct or have chosen the best wording.

Some suggestions are outside my tone and overly formal. The punctuation it suggests can make it look like AI

Grammarly is a must-have for everyone! It is easy to use and offers different subscriptions, from free to Enterprise, so there is one for everyone. It helps correct my writing as I go, making it convenient and straightforward. I love the fact that I installed the Grammarly extension in my browser and forget it

I have not come across any downsides to Grammarly.

Grammarly makes all of my communications more professional, impactful and clear.

What do you like best about the product?
Catches mistakes I would have otherwise missed. Easy to use. It's my everyday writing companion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes intrusive if I'm in a rush or making notes to myself where grammar is less important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to think about Grammar during a quick Burts of writing or drafts - when editing, Grammarly is there for me to correct mistakes and suggest rewrites.

I appreciate the real-time suggestions and options to revise my work.

On my iPhone, the text types super slow and will cause many more errors on my typed messages than if I don’t use Grammarly.
