Precise and Clear Corrections
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see where my grammar may be improved, even though I may not use every suggestion. The ability to dismiss a correction is a nice feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The location of the Grammarly button in a small text box, like in Gemini AI, can sometimes cover up the words I am typing. Perhaps, in AI chat boxes, the default should be off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a teacher, I want to write clearly and correctly. I like how Grammarly adjusts when I make a change to a phrase and may remove other error messages.

Grammarly helps me write effectively, professionally and succinctly, and makes me more efficient in my work!

Requires me to re-login too frequently, and sometimes can be glitchy.

Streamlines my workday and helps me write succinctly and professionally.

I love using this for basic grammer editing for writing papers and even emails. I primarily use it to help my writing meet grammar requirements and it's great! It is very easy to use, anyone can use it!

A lot of pop ups sometimes that get in the way

It corrects tenses and punctuation better than word
Always Helpful to Sound your Best
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Grammarly is that I can first express my thoughts and ideas, and then I know I can count on Grammarly to help me edit and make adjustments to sound my best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes I get a suggestion for the "best version," but I will receive another updated suggestion in the same section of my writing later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent on proofreading and editing all on my own.

Great Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I edit newspapers for a living - five of them to be exact - and by the end of the production cycle, I start to miss things. Grammarly is user-friendly and catches things that I might miss, offering up the correction and using my local style.
What do you dislike about the product?
I no longer use the extensions for my browser, for instance. It would slow my machine down to the point where it was unusable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me find basic punctuation errors, misspellings, and inconsistencies that I may not have noticed otherwise.
Grammarly great for everyday use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly has plugins that I can use on my computer so I can use it at work and at school.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you cannot easily move the pop-ups on you screen from the plug-in. It can be distracting at times.

Grammar is helpful in making sure my writing is clear and concise.

I love the simplicity of the tab feature which automatically edit my text.

I hate it that sometimes I need to enter the editor instead of just waking up the suggestions with the keyboard or something else would be easier for me.

Grammarly provides a great jumping off point
What do you like best about the product?
I struggle with keeping my writing tight, so Grammarly's suggestions to eliminate unnecessary words are helpful. I also really like the tone analysis feature and the weekly breakdown that shows me how I compared to other writers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some of the comma suggestions to be clunky and artificial-sounding. I do also feel like sometimes Grammarly doesn't read through to the end of the sentence before making suggestions.

It helps me to make my writing more clear and concise, which keeps communications more direct and useful.
