What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly takes what I'm attempting to say and makes me sound more eloquent and intelligent, as if I still remember all the English classes I took in grade school. I also like integrating websites and documents to gauge my writing instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly has gotten consistently better at knowing what I'm attempting to communicate, but it is still imperfect. It's not difficult for me to ignore suggestions that it makes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency in communcation and excellent proofreading allow me to feel confident there will be no unintended errors in my communication to donors, partners, and clients.

Increasing the professionalism for corporate emails
Grammarly makes me a more confident writer.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of grammarly is that it makes me feel confident in my spelling and grammar and can be used across all applications on my computer. It is easy to download and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful is that sometimes it gets in the way or is in conflict with Microsoft suggestions. I tend to default to Grammarly, but the red marks get annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My head tends to work faster than my hands, so I can make a lot of spelling and grammar errors that I miss. I don't always proof my work before sending it, but Grammarly helps me to articulate and be clearer in written communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly suggests helpful ways to reword and fix grammar in everything I write. After a while, it learns the words I like to use, and although it makes suggestions, it allows me to change if I choose to.
What do you dislike about the product?
That some suggestions I dismiss still come up to keep suggesting.

Specifically writing email responses.

What do you like best about the product?
English is not my first language, but with Grammarly, I can communicate as if it were. What I love about Grammarly is that it corrects my syntax and makes me look like a professional, eliminates the use of unnecessary words, and suggests great alternatives. It is incredibly easy to use

There are times when I am not trying to be super friendly in my tone, but the app still suggests I rephrase the sentence.

Helping new immigrants like myself write with confidence and clarity.

If I try to change a sentence and don't like the first 3-4 attempts, I wish Grammarly would completely paraphrase it instead of suggesting the same sentences as before.
