Best work tool
What do you like best about the product?
Chrome extension which helps with writing emails and reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to be an extension for Outlook on Mac
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my emails and reports error free and helping me enhance my writing
Grammarly is a solid solution for any writer from business to personal needs and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it learns from the community, your own use, and the community
What do you dislike about the product?
The login mechanism should have a remember me ability for your password as I have a fingerprint reader and a complicated password that I have to look up far too ofen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me with my grammar and if something does not make sense, it offers solid suggestions that become corrections
The web app is good
What do you like best about the product?
It is good at suggestions and alternative ways of writing the same thing. Finds most errors accurately. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't work well with OS's built in functions, usually interferes with built in autocorrection, by disabling them. Because of this I don't use the desktop version. It would be nice if it worked as an addition rather than replacement of built in features.

Grammar, spell check and proofreading.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how comprehensive and easy Grammarly is to use - the Chrome extension makes fixing any mistakes super simple. Also, I love the weekly performance updates that they send.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Grammarly is great for what it is and that it works very well. However, as someone with an English degree, sometimes I disagree with it. It’s easy to override the corrections it makes, though. Additionally, it bothers the perfectionist in me that when I’m writing in list format, Grammarly tells me that I’m missing articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to write a lot for my job, and Grammarly finds and fixes typos or little mistakes. This makes my writing look much more professional.

I do not have to reread my drafts multiple times for word and grammar checks before hitting the send button. This saves so much time.

It should incorporate AI-based suggestions as prompts, like its option to rephrase.

I draft petitions daily. Now, I do not need to worry about grammar anymore and can focus only on content.

Very Useful for Editing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me edit several pieces of content very quickly. It can work with different tones and help ensure that you're coming across the correct way, especially when handling multiple clients. This tool powerfully streamlines my editing process! It's easy to use (I frequently use it throughout the workday and on personal pieces). I have the shortcut set up which was also easy to implement, so it's always suggesting slight edits, which I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions made do not sound as polished as they could, or even make sense. But as with any tool, you can't solely rely on it-- you've got to pay attention to the details to ensure that everything is still correct.

I have a lot of content to edit and write daily and Grammarly helps streamline this process so I can get more work done, faster and more effectively.
Efficient & Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I was recommended this tool by a colleague and love how easily it overlays on existing apps and instances - it has improved clarity and conciseness on communications from content to emails and even slack posts - big fan here!

Grammarly provides me good recommendations in writing my academic thesis correctly.
What do you like best about the product?
As a non-native English speaker, Grammarly really helped my writing with proper grammar, such as by recommending good sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the correction was wrong, and it messed up the sentences. So, several clicks are needed to repair the sentences again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helped me correct the grammar in my writing and, ultimately, the tenses used. Additionally, it boosted my time to do all my deadlines.
