Accurate, easy to use, but unfortunately hosted in US
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is very easy to use in various software programs where I do my work and even in Whatsapp.
I use it everyday for mainly professional communication. Functions I most appreciate:
- suggested tone of voice
- splitting the suggestions in categories (so I can choose to focus on certain types only)
- rephrasing option.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Makes large documents very slow
- Fact that it runs on US based servers. That bars me from using it for client work who do not accept access from the US to their data (and actually would be a reason to not extend my PRO license)
- Only available in English. I communicate in multiple languages.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is adapting my tone of voice and correcting my English, as I am the only non-native English speaker in my teams.
Great tool to keep your company tone unified across all users.
What do you like best about the product?
An intuitive, powerful writing assistant that provides real-time suggestions tailored to your setup. It’s easy to integrate across multiple apps and on your PC, which makes it convenient to use day to day. Customer support is also quick and responsive whenever you need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only real drawback is that the user interface is pricey per team member, so you need to use it often enough for the monthly subscription fee to feel justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to customers and vendors is much faster now, and I’m 100% confident that every user will help uphold our brand image. Overall, this has made our team feel more unified and smart.

It is super super easy to use Grammarly.

Sometimes it causes random popup while using in my Android phone.

Helps me to write proper emails.
Absolutely great tool to improve writing and efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps so much with making writing stronger and tailored specifically to the need necessary. It is avaialble in anything that write in on my computer. Broswing internet, documents, emails, text messages, and everything that I am writing in.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside is with the extension. It can only be located in specific areas of the screen and it can get in the way of selecting or pressing important buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the writing process so much easier and faster. I mostly just write my thoughts and let Grammarly adjust the tonality and direction that is best for the need that is necessary. The AI is only getting better as well. It is available in any writing that is being done. Also, the desktop app or web app is very easy to use and provides not changes but also feedback on why the changes were made. You also have control of whether the changes it recommends are done or not.

Writing papers can be tedious, but Grammarly makes it simple. Several people advised me to use it.

At times it brings too many changes which confuses me.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Grammarly is how their logo pops up to offer assistance. It often gets in the way of text I want to be able to see before I am ready for writing assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me to be efficient which helps to save me time. Previously, I had the habit of editing as I wrote which slowed down the process. Now, I just let myself write and then afterward I have Grammarly proofread and offer suggestions for clarity.
The best tool in my grant-writing toolbox!
What do you like best about the product?
I work for a nonprofit, and writing grants and knocking tasks off my to-do list as quickly as possible is my daily reality. I want to look polished and professional when communicating with high-value donors and corporate groups. My interactions build trust, and I trust Grammarly to have my back when I present my best self.

No complaints yet! I have enjoyed everything so far.

It's helping me catch gramatical errors and make my writing more cohesive.
Grammarly Saves My Sentences, One Comma at a Time
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is brilliant at helping me with punctuation, spelling, and reordering sentences for clarification. I write fast and use Grammarly all day, every day. It was easy to upgrade, and when I wanted to renew my license to take advantage of a Black Friday sale, I was credited immediately with the unused part of my license (about 10 days or so).

Occasionally misunderstands the intent of a sentence.

It helps keep my writing clean and error-free.

Rephrasing of sentences. This makes the writing crisp and meaningful.

Sometimes, it uses/suggests words that are not in sync with the spirit of the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is just rephrasing my writing. Making it sound crisper and to-the-point. I have not used its AI.
Very useful in a lot of written tasks and very easy to use

It can assist you in selecting a writing style that suits your needs. It offers more features than just spell-checking. I appreciate how it checks for spelling on the go, provides suggestions, and offers in-depth assistance to identify any missing information for better understanding.

The limit is how many words can be checked at a time—limits when you have multiple paragraphs and have to do them separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped with more professional writing. Producing similar writing styles and adjusting to the content and approach of the writing to ensure the right words used for the right intent.
