Good for work and to learn a new language
What do you like best about the product?
I truly understand how important it is to learn effective business communication. It can be a challenging journey, but I believe it will greatly benefit you in your professional growth. You're doing great by seeking out ways to improve!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances when services purchased under a company email may not be transferable to a personal account. For example, I acquired a service using my company's email, but I'm currently exploring options to transfer it to my personal account in the event that I leave the company. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a clear process to facilitate this transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me to communicate more effective and sometimes even help me how to learn to express some ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
It effectively saves me time by efficiently rewriting content for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's probably an issue on my end, however the assistant icon doesn't always pop up within my Outlook or Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are downsizing our Marketing and Communications team and Grammarly is my new Marketing Assistant.
It got me through Uni and now helps with work
What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day and the majority of suggestions are accurate and relevant. Sometimes I like to write a bit more freely, which obviously, Grammarly isn't designed for. One thing I really love is that sometimes when I have used too many words to get across what I am explaining, it makes a restructure suggestion that gets the point across in less words.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestion icon is in really inconvenient locations and I can't click the punctuation or letter I need without it opening up Grammarly.

Grammarly Gives Me That Extra Edge & Confidence
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly checks my writing as I'm writing (emails, documents, proposals, notes), helping me with everything from spelling to punctuation to proper tense and the use of various vocabulary. It also helps match my writing style to my audience, and provides me with valuable feedback on various metric. It's incredibly easy to use, I use it all the time (even with my personal emails and notes), it easily integrates and is implemented with Google Chrome and Microsoft Word, and I recommend it to everyone in the business world.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue has been with their customer service, not because they haven't been responsive. Sometimes, I can't tell if a chatbot or a human is responding because my questions and issues aren't always understood and responded to as I ask them to (e.g., their pricing and trying to settle my account).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me be more precise and grammatically correct. I also think it's helping me more effectively communicate my messages to my various and often varied audiences. It's also tackling all of my spelling issues, especially when I'm in a rush, and I really appreciate how it reviews my work with an eye towards how best to format my words and communicate them. It's probably the best communication and writing software on the market, and it continues to improve as new features are added.

If I get stuck on an edit, it can give me alternatives to improve the statement.

It does not always detect the context, and I need to double-check the suggestions before applying them.

What do you like best about the product?
I write well, as English Language Arts has always been my favorite subject since first grade. I loved writing papers in college and went on to teach ELA later on. However, there are those times when I'm unsure if my writing is clear enough to express my thoughts. Sometimes, my thoughts exceeded the ability of my fingers to keep up on the keyboard. And then, who knows how to spell every word needed when writing? These are the times when Grammarly saves me! It is like having your favorite English teacher from high school standing by your side, checking your work.
Grammarly is simple to use due to the browser extensions; I don't have to do anything to activate it. This is a timesaver. It integrates well with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly is more formal in its writing than I intend in mine. It is a scholarly resource, after all. When writing dialogue between characters, it does not understand the informality of everyday conversation. But that is not a limitation at all and just calls for close attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me solve the issue of time. I do not have time to stop my creative flow and re-read every paragraph for grammar, spelling.

The software is very quick in identifying the spelling mistakes, punctuation misses and also provides good suggestion for auto sentence correction

Nothing to dislike. Its the best software that I have ever used for sentence correction.

What do you like best about the product?
What Grammarly is good for is what it claims to be. I checks on your spelling, tenses, whether you sentences make sense or not and the regular flow of writing sentences. It also can implemented very easily on any computer or tablet, and if you provide your browser or apps with access, it can easily be integrated with your mail, word processor and presentation software without much issues.
I use Grammarly daily for over a year now, and when it came time to renew the subscription, i had to pause and think carefully as Apple had come up with Apple Intelligence which can provide feedback on text structure and spelling and provide suggestions on how best to present the sentences. That last bit was very well implemented by Apple, but eventually I decided to go ahead with Grammarly because it was a little easier to implement Grammarly in my workflow.
But watch out, by the time the next subscription comes, if some of the Grammarly quirks are not ironed out and if Apple keeps improving, I'll definitely jump ship.

But what's more so is the plagiarism detector which seems to go haywire and no matter how I write (I usually write scholarship type writing), it keeps flagging it up as being plagiarised or AI generated but it doesn't provide me with an option on how to change it.

Useful, intuitive and well designed
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly integrates well with my desktop apps, and is not intrusive. The corrections are very solid and easy to accept and integrate into my text.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way for Grammarly to ignore certain types of text in a document, such as quoted material.

Grammarly is an outstanding proofreading tool and help;s me keeps my language clear and crisp. The AI tool helps me adjust my writing for different professional audiences.such as prospective clients.
