Improving writing, learning and being professional
What do you like best about the product?
How personalised the recommendations are, the well-ordered style, or grammar... good good

Sometimes, it doesn't charge when using certain apps or software

Since I am not a native English speaker, and despite having a certified high level, I tend to miss things and Grammarly improves my writing to achieve high levels of professional development, also as a professor, my English lessons are better structured and written,

What do you like best about the product?
Clarity, Grammar, Sentence Structures, Simplify, Succinct
What do you dislike about the product?
The placement of the G bubble always gets in the way, especially with Word Document, it's difficult to move the cursor because of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use correct grammar, better structure of sentences, clarify my thoughts and make the writing succinct and to-the-point.

Hi I have been using grammarly for the past 3 years and it's very helpful while composing long statements.

It doesn't rewrite the same message with AI assist

Grammarly helps me type messages quickly
It is hopeless trying to contact support as there now doesn`t seem to be a method to do this.

It is of benefit when writing emails, but as for writing in WORD useless.

I have been a long-term customer of Grammarly Pro. However, it seems that they have altered their format, and I can no longer use it to assist me in writing texts on Word.
I have contacted Customer Support, asking for assistance on how to do this, but as yet, have not received a reply. *I don`t expect to, as some tech. problem occurred before, and I never received a reply.
**I have Downloaded Grammarly Pro, and it assists me in writing emails, but NOT when I click on a text file stored in Documents, which opens up in WORD. Before, when I did this, a Grammarly ICON used to appear in the WORD upper toolbar, which I would click on, causing a box to open up alongside my 40000-word text. This would mirror my writing suggesting alterations, as and when I made a mistake.
I am not PC tech-savvy, so I require assistance. Sorry to appear a dunderhead!

None now, because I don`t know how to download to WORD
Helpful software ... for ppl who write a lot of email and and texts thoughout the day

the suggestion can be redundant .. or change the meaning in some cases .

Spelling and grammer mistakes. i have to type a lot of professional whats app and text messages and emails during the day. Invaiariably the typos creep in Grammarly help me fix the errors fast.

Grammalry helps me in my everyday writing as a person that struggles with run on sentences and fragments it cleans it up for me taking the guessing work of sounding correct.

I don't dislike this product I've been paying for it for over 5 years

The problem of run on sentences and the inability to conjugate words without a headache

Reading what I write is the window through which my readers make their opinion about me.
As English is not my mother tongue language, the best of Grammarly, in my opinion, is the suggestions for rephrasing whole sentences to put them in better and proper sentence construction in the eyes of English mother tongue readers.
Of course, the basic grammar correction is of the same importance for the same reason.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like about Grammarly is the delays it puts when I create text in Office utilities (MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
I understand that the delay is due to analyzing the text I am creating. Yet, that could be done locally on my computer and not, as I suspect, by sending everything I write to the Grammarly server to be done there.
Also, If Grammarly transfers every text I create to its servers, this can make a confidentiality problem regarding the privacy of my text.

Grammarly makes my English writing as good as I would have wanted my writing to be in the eyes of my readers.

What do you like best about the product?
Ai and plagiarism checker are good tools. Proofreading and writing to make sentences flow better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more actionable on why sentences flag as Ai and the reason why. We need to be able to use Grammarly directly in google docs or word instead of pasting into tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is suitable for anyone who makes careless mistakes like me. It even informs you of the top mistakes you make when you write, which I found helpful because it reminds me to review those topics. Grammarly also tells you how your writing sounds to others, e.g., direct, curious, and informative. This lets me ensure I don't sound rude in my emails.

Writing to friends or family in an informal way was not a great experience because that's a different way I talk in, okies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My grammar. It is great, when I want to sound bland and straightforward.
