The service is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It can tell me if I make any grammar mistake when I write

Oxford Comma?
What do you like best about the product?
I was today years old and now I finally understand the Oxford comma!
One thing I always struggled with was the Oxford comma! To use or not to use the comma? When in doubt throw a comma in... or so I thought.
Thankfully, grammarly has fixed my dilemma.
Then, I realized I was a terrible writer as my entire screen was flooded with corrections and recommendations to elevate my writing.
One thing I really enjoy is the improve my writing options, and the make it sound more professional,friendly, on brand, etc. Working with grammarly has improved my writing and my business outreach! I highly recommend so you can continue to elevate your writing skills!

It would be nice to have more recommendations and sometimes it adds random words that need to be removed. Still have to proof read everything

I write very different kind of texts and reports, and for very different public too, Grammarly always helps me to write the right thing in every single case scenario.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a great tool for live review of all written communications. This helps to streamline the message and improve the overall delivery. I utilize the plug in via browser, office applications and ever iOS. The roll out was easy and the customer service while bumpy at first can smooth out quickly.I use the product daily to ensure I am clear in all my writings.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the iOS built-in keyboard can bug out or remove words. I look forward to future enhancements that will improve the overall interaction between the iOS and desktop applications. The billing periods were recently updated, which caused a little confusion for customers. I renewed during a sale period and, at first, lost 3 months of access. After some back-and-forth with customer service, they credited me for the time lost.

Grammarly has been improving my writing for years, but now, with its new AI capabilities, it is also helping me refine my ideas.

As a grammar tool, it is excellent; however, compared with other AI tools, it requires some improvements.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the small Grammarly bubble gets on inconvenient places because kind of covers things you need to clic on. If you want to move it, you can hold it and drag it to another place, but it does not stay in the new place. It automatically comes back to the previous place. Hate that! I would like to put it in whatever place I want.

Writing innacuracies are solved by Grammarly, which helps me to have a better communication with other people.
An Excellent Experience but not Perfect
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Grammarly is that it saves time as well as the drudgery of correcting grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful is that I prefer information or opinions to be conveyed clearly and efficiently. I find that Grammarly tends to embellish maybe out of sensitivity to the reader.
Another issue is that we have all evolved patterns of speech based on our upbringing, education and culture. This is lost with Grammarly. Oh sure, you can do an Australian sign off "no worries mate" or a London Cockney "where to guv'nor" but there remain more subtle patterns that can be charming but lost by Grammarly.

Excellent Investment
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Grammarly. It gives me such peace of mind when I am sending a quick message or long business email. It runs in the background of my web browsers, e-mail, and Word. I have also used it as a backup to catch typos in books that I publish that my professional editor may have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I just want to change one word, but it wants to revise the entire sentence.
