What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly because it helps me refine my writing for clarity, conciseness, and flow. It makes it easier to craft engaging messages, ensuring they align with New Life Covenant Church’s brand voice while avoiding phrases that disrupt readability. Grammarly streamlines my process, helping me create clear and effective communication across announcements, emails, and social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes dislike that Grammarly doesn’t always recognize the why behind my writing. It occasionally suggests alternatives that don’t fit the scenario, which can make its recommendations feel off or unnecessary. While it’s helpful for refining clarity and flow, I have to be mindful of when to accept or ignore its suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t have someone dedicated to editing or proofreading a lot of my content, so Grammarly helps me refine my work efficiently. It allows me to improve clarity and accuracy without relying on additional employee time.
Easy tool, incredibly cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
It automagically tells me when I've made a spelling or grammar error and then suggests a one-click fix. I don't really have to think about it or go off-platform since it's native within any platform I'm working on (Google Docs, Social Media, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could give me feedback on how my team is performing and if there are any coaching opportunities I should do with my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it's simple polishing when I'm done writing something. For my team, it's AI writing since they aren't native English speakers.

What do you like best about the product?
It not only catches mistakes but makes suggestions for clarity and tone, making me more confident that our copy writing is going to come across professionally and generate results.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to turn off the Oxford comma, so I have to continuously decline that suggestion.

Grammarly helps eliminate human error from our proofreading process and helps guide us toward more clarity in our writing.
Easy Way to Have Your Team on the Same Stylistic Page
What do you like best about the product?
While I have always been a fan of Grammarly and used it throughout my personal and professional life, I love the new features. The ability to add users to a team with a personalized and set style guide and preferences helps our entire team on the same stylistic page. I also enjoy that it works well with other programs, including Google and Microsoft, to edit and suggest as you work, as well as email. Being able to add it as an extension and have it run on both my phone and my browser increases my confidence when communicating.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any AI-based platform or tool, Grammarly is not always 100% accurate and still requires human oversight and knowledge to implement the correct suggestions. I will say the program/Grammarly has gotten substantially better than it used to be.

Providing basic proofreading and clarification suggestions.

I've been using Grammarly for a number of years and have found it to be an indispensable tool for creative and business writing.
I love how seamlessly it integrates into Microsoft word and how intuitively it works. I really enjoy the feedback that I receive- I feel a real sense of achievement looking at the stats.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I dislike. With creative writing some of the Grammarly suggestions, while objectively correct, might not fit the style of the piece.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly (as the name suggests) is perfect for grammar! I love to get into a creative flow and write for pleasure but I'm not a grammarian! Grammarly takes the guess work out of writing and I can be free to create. I've had more than 25 stories published in literary journals!
