What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful is the functionality for revising or clarifying sentences or whole paragraphs. It is very user-friendly. I also like the information on the tone of my writing, as most of it is professional. I would like to know what percentage of my writing is formal versus informal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any negatives. The grammar corrections and writing suggestions have helped improve my overall writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me write with clarity and the plagiarism checker is extremely valuable.

Correct errors automatically and polish my grammar

The little floating icon sometimes is annoying and blocking my other stuff

Correct a lot of my grammar errors as English is not my first language
It has made the process of writing so much easier

The rewrite feature. I'm god at getting the fundamental sentiment of what I'm detailing down, however, Grammarly then crafts it to make it sound great. When I'm drafting my reports it just makes doing the work so much lighter on my brain!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the icon can sit in the way of the text where the cursor is. Such as at a comments box when using word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really helpful at making my writing read so much easier. It just makes proofreading easier. Likewise if I've written an email and I don't like the feel or i know something isn't quite right , it sorts it out.
Amazing improvement in efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is an excellent tool to use to enhance my writing skills allowing me to write more clear emails, documents and reports. It is simple to use and saves me heaps of time

Sometimes the suggested changes lose the context of what I am writing about, or suggests language that is not used in a technical or Australian way.

The little "floating Grammerly" sometimes gets in the way of working...

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has improved my writing even further, and its suggestions are becoming more accurate. I will never write with a Premium Grammarly account active.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is getting more accurate over time, and the connection issues I once had are improving. One area of improvement would be to stop my writing suggestions from changing. Grammarly may suggest a change, and when I accept it, it shows more changes for the same sentence. It can be confusing as to which correction is the best option.

Grammarly is helping me improve my writing skills and prevent mistakes when completing a report. I have a problem with unnecessary wording and sentences that are longer than necessary. Grammarly helps me trim down my writing, making it more concise.

Grammarly does a great job of anticipating what intent is, but sometimes the suggestions of word rearrangement change the intent of the sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped me tremendously to become a more polished and better writer. We all think faster than we can when typing a tendency, and I do that often. I miss "the, a," all too often and can read over my mistakes because I know they should be there. Grammarly brings these types of mistakes to my attention and helps me focus on my writing. It also helps check my tone to align with my personality but helps keep it professional in approach.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly a lot because it boosts my productivity substantially. It is easy to use once it is set up, which is a super easy process. I've been using it for the past three years with a premium subscription and can definitely say that it has improved a lot. Now, it has several new features with more AI features. I love them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it corrects sentences in a way that I don't want. To avoid that, I have to be careful and guided through the process to get the best result.

It really saves a lot of time. As a non-native English speaker I tend to make grammatical mistakes. Grammarly helps a lot with this problem.

What do you like best about the product?
It's always working in the background. Between emails, documents, or any other written document, it's always available to make me better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had to use Customer Support yet, so I don't know how supportive they are, but I can imagine they're great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My grammar and style of writing has improved significantly. Especially if I want to re-write it to make it "more formal", "more casual", or "shorten".
