Improved written communication for professional
What do you like best about the product?
It's always working in the background. Between emails, documents, or any other written document, it's always available to make me better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had to use Customer Support yet, so I don't know how supportive they are, but I can imagine they're great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My grammar and style of writing has improved significantly. Especially if I want to re-write it to make it "more formal", "more casual", or "shorten".
Grammarly, saving professional lives
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is using Grammarly for both school and work. I lack clarity in many streams of consciousness, so it helps ensure my point or message is not lost. Having saved messages is also a lifesaver, and deciding what messaging theme to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two downsides I have identified are the Grammarly token in the messages app on my MacBook laptop & the limited integration across all apps (I wish we could use Grammarly everywhere on my laptop).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarity in messaging which improves efficiency in completing work.
we have been using it for 5+ years and it gets better every year
What do you like best about the product?
It catches errors I’d otherwise miss, like misplaced commas or tricky homophones, and explains why a correction is needed, which helps me improve over time. The clarity and readability suggestions streamline my writing, trimming wordiness without losing meaning. The seamless integration across platforms (Gmail, Google Docs, mobile) means I rarely have to switch tools mid-task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tone suggestions sometimes clash with my voice, nudging me toward overly formal phrasing, even in casual contexts. I’ve also noticed occasional overcorrections—for example, flagging industry-specific jargon as errors or overly simplifying sentences that were already clear. Larger documents (like research papers) can slow down the interface, and the document size limit can be restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly tackles three core issues in my workflow:
Catching subtle errors like misplaced commas or homophones (your vs. you’re), ensuring polished, professional communication. This saves hours of proofreading and reduces embarrassing mistakes.
Simplifying complex sentences by trimming jargon or passive voice, which sharpens emails, reports, and client pitches.
Offering real-time adaptability across platforms (Gmail, Docs, Slack), letting me write confidently without switching tools.
The plagiarism checker and tone adjustments also eliminate worries about accidental duplication or mismatched formality in academic or client work. While occasional overcorrections occur, Grammarly’s blend of accuracy and convenience makes it indispensable for error-free, efficient writing.

My Grammarly review
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Grammarly is that it highlights the words I have written incorrectly in red and offers correction suggestions. This really works for my English mistakes. It's really nice that it can be used on every device. I even get support from Grammarly when I make suggestions here. It works integrated with many applications such as Phone application, iPhone, Ios MacOS, Chrome and it is great to have the application. I always use it 24/7 in my daily life. The ease of application is very simple and understandable, and it is very quick to present its suggestions. It is very useful when preparing an e-mail or creating the content of an article. I find Grammarly very convenient because of its ease of implementation, making it effortless to enhance my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I drag the Grammarly icon to the desired location on the page, it does not stay where I want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to correct typos and misspellings. and to write quick emails.
Grammarly - The Swiss Army Knife for Writing! A must have for anyone that writes!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly's ability to be embedded directly in Outlook, Word and Websites. This makes it really convenient and quick to access and make corrections as needed. I appreciate it offering suggestions to fix my typos in real time. A bonus is that it can be installed on my Android Phone which means all my devices can make use of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The FREE version of Grammarly works well on it's own but I guess the downside is having to pay for the Pro Version to get more features which is understandable since it takes more computing resources. The plus side is, I wait for it to go on sale for 50% off which makes it a steal of a deal!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving my typos since I often type too quickly, which creates them, but it prompts me quickly in real-time when it detects a typo and offers suggestions to fix it, which is very handy! In fact, it's helping me right now with website integration as a bonus to it being embedded into Microsoft Outlook and Word.
