Grammarly Makes My Job Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly never sleeps. It is always there, keeping my prose tight and grammatically correct. I have an eternal feud with the Oxford comma, and Grammarly alerts me when the battle is on! I've come to rely on its word suggestions, which I appreciate when I can't come up with the right word. My writing is so much better with Grammarly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The following two paragraphs are "suggestions" from Grammarly about the type of review that should go in this box, but honestly, I couldn't have said it better myself. These are the issues that bug me with the program:
Perhaps I am too competitive, but I am irritated that Grammarly pegs errors while I am editing. As I add and delete phrases, I KNOW the content doesn't make sense or meet grammar rules, but it will when I'm finished. I see the number of errors adding up in the Grammarly bubble, and I wonder if they are added to the weekly tally or if they drop off when I correct the error.
I also wonder about the metrics I receive weekly. "You were more productive than 89% of Grammarly users." Based on what? "You used X number of unique words." What does that mean? What is considered a unique word? Where can I find the criteria?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wage an ongoing battle with the Oxford comma, and Grammarly reminds me when I've ignored the OC again.
I also have a tendency toward verbose writing, and Grammarly suggests simpler, more direct phrases that are more accessible to readers.
