Best Writing Tool To Use
What do you like best about the product?
The things I like most about Grammarly include the group correction, tone detector, and language customization features. Each of these plays an important role in my work, given that I can save time and change all my commas to curly ones in one click, for instance.
Furthermore, in the writing world, it's not simply about what you say but more about how it was said. The tone detector, in such an instance, allows me to gauge and revise my tone based on the message I'm trying to deliver as well as the type of audience.
Last but not least, it was easy to download, and I appreciate that it can be implemented seamlessly across multiple platforms like MS Word or a WhatsApp conversation on my PC.
I've been using it for over 4 years, and the experience has been so good I haven't needed to contact customer support, but I'm saying to say it really is a top-notch

What do you dislike about the product?
A downside should always be treated as an opportunity to make improvements. That being said, I believe the free version is a bit too limited for a newcomer looking to better understand the benefits they'd be getting with the paid version.
It would also be great if the team could consider a text-to-speech option so that we would have the chance to hear how my work sounds while making adjustments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has signficantly improved my overall productivity, in the sense where I am now able to manage larger workloads, knowing that Grammarly can compress everything down to few a clicks without compromising on quality for the most part.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has my back! It identifies mistakes and rephrases awkwardly written paragraphs. I hope to learn from these corrections and improve as a communicator, but I'm glad Grammarly supports me for now! (Note: Yes, I used it to help make this paragraph better, and it did!!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the corrections and suggestions feel too formal or unnatural, so I have to adjust them to reflect my personality; this is a minor issue that happens only occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar and spelling have never been my strong points. I'm a numbers person; I know where to place a comma in a number, but I struggle with run-on sentences and missing or overused commas in my writing. Grammarly helps me fill in the gaps, enabling my writing to convey what the numbers are telling me effectively.

It is able to sit in the background and provide updates as well as I can open it as an app for more focused editing.

I'm not sure I need it *always* running in the background taking up CPU cycles.

Making it convenient to look over what I write for correctness and clarity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it notices inconsistencies in pronouns or tense agreement that I might miss. I also like that it tells me the tone of my e-mails or writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes you fix an error and it messed up the next sentence and then it tells you to change it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to make sure my e-mails are professional for my job. But I also use it to help me proofread papers that I am writing for my Master's degree.

It's very easy to use, and its features integrate with mobile, laptop, desktop, and keyboard.

Extremely helpful to improve the quality of my writing
What do you like best about the product?
Catches mistakes that could be embarrassing and recommends improvements to make my writing/messages much simpler/easier to understand. I also love how it is automatic - I don't have to remember to turn it on. It is also helpful to understand the tone my writing is conveying and see how small tweaks can adjust the intended tone.

It can really slow down Chrome when using the plug in (I haven't yet tried the desktop app)

The ease of use. It's not like taking an extra step. You type an email or message, and Grammarly auto-corrects things. It's convenient and easy to integrate.

There are no downsides to grammarly. It's easy and simple to use.

Grammarly ensures my email messaging is succints and provides alternative options to increase the flow.
Better to be better
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that it has made me a better leader and a better employee. It has made communication easier and more correct. I do like that in most apps it works seemlessly.

Sometime the little icon in the corner is in a bad place for me and it is not always easy to move. So sometimes I can not click a button on a app.
