What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love its usability and functionality features when it comes to things such as checking my punctuation and sentence structure. As a ESL Learner, I appreciate the help Grammarly provides in allowing me to be the best working professional I can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how expensive it can be, and sometimes the adaptive design in sentence structure tends to be lacking in understanding of what I need from a paragraph to be said.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my problems with spellcheck mainly due to the fact that I am ESL and also dyslexic
Good but not great
What do you like best about the product?
I am terrible at punctuation and it is very helpful in that area. I am okay at spelling but occasionally need help. Some of the style suggestions are also useful. I use it nearly every day and it has really helped with editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a novelist and Grammarly does not like adjectives. Sometimes you need to write, "He was very excited!" Grammarly always objects to the "Very" and any other helpful adjectives.
When using Grammarly for an extended time, it often resets and rescans. The new scan brings back previously rejected suggestions. When I choose "incorrect suggestion" because the suggestion was flat out wrong, Grammarly will not remember that choice when it resets and will again suggest changes. This is particularly annoying when it comes to exact quotes from outside sources. I seek to be as accurate as possible and don't want to make a change. When I have to respond to Grammarly's suggested change multiple times, it wastes time.
The Grammarly suggestion box will often block the text behind it instead of appearing to the side of the text. When I move the box to the side, it shifts the text box toward the text window and not the outside of the window.
When a suggestion is accepted, Grammarly will move the cursor to highlight the following suggestion in context. When a suggestion is rejected, Grammarly halts on the previously suggested text. I have to jump two steps forward and one step back to see the suggestion in context. It would be helpful if it treated the rejection the same as the acceptance, and showed the location of the following suggestion in context.
Grammarly hates using "But I" and always suggests "Still I".

I do not have to rely on an outside editor for proofing manuscripts. Using Grammarly while writing eases the concern about punctuation choices and spelling. I rarely use the dictionary any more.This saves lots of time and energy.
Grammarly makes daily writing a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly is just there in the background, effortlessly linking to my social media pages, emails, and other writing software platforms to correct and suggest my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have one thing sometimes: the Grammarly icon sits in a place on Facebook Messenger that hinders me from adding to that specific location in Messenger. Other than that, I love Grammarly.

Grammarly makes all my writing better by suggesting changes that can make my writing sound much better easier for others to read.
Efficient and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly quickly and easily edits my work, reorganizing the sentences and making it sound like my voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the edit suggestions always show up on the computer. Would like it to be an easy on/off or selecting where it shows up without having to login.

quick and easy edits to my writing making my work happen with less effort
Grammarly is a great resource for me to use for all my needs

The speed and accuracy it provides. It is a great addition to my day to day workflow

Sometimes it can bog down my system and slow my computer down.

Improves my overall writing. It understands my style and applies it to all my content. It's really helped upgrade my ability to communicate clearly, quickly, and succiently.

I like Grammarly because it helps me to write literature review effectively.

Sometimes, it does not work with certain software or websites.

Paraphrasing and spell checker are very helpful.
Grammarly is the best product for its purpose
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions and the corrections made by the program are spot on. I realize no product catches all mistakes, but Grammarly gets the majority. In addition, its AI detector is valuable to me as a college English instructor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the full versions was less expensive for students

Not only does it polish my own writing, but it helps me detect AI writing by my students
Very useful for spellchecking, writing and reviewing my texts
What do you like best about the product?
That it is constantly improving. The spellchecking was already great, but the newer features, such as making one's writing more concise, really added something to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great, if it were also supporting other languages, such as German or French.

It is very useful when I am stuck while writing my novel or dissertation. Equally, it helps me spell check in a fast and reliable manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it suggests better ways to write something to make sure it makes sense and is professional. I use it for school and work to make sure my tone is correct, also that all grammatical errors are corrected.

Honestly there is nothing that I dislike about grammarly. It has really helped me.

What do you dislike about the product?
It’s great for catching typos and leveling up my writing, but sometimes it over-corrects my slang and tweaks my tone too much. Plus, the best features are locked behind Premium. Still a solid tool overall!

The problems Grammarly is solving are grammar & spelling mistakes, awkward sentence structure, tone & clarity issues, plagiarism detection and writing efficiency. How it benefits me is, it makes writing polished & professional, saves time on edits, keeps my tone clear & confident, helps me avoid embarrassing typos, and enhances my overall communication.
