Cost , especially when now there are other AI tools(co pilot) which can do the same.

Spelling mistakes, improve the quality of the document(contents/grammar/formatting)

What do you like best about the product?
With the recent changes, Grammarly has been a blessing for me. First, I am a faster thinker than a typist, and ever since grade school, I've missed writing words even though they were in my head. It was frustrating because I wasn't dumb. When Grammarly first came around, I was afraid that using the software would make what I was writing sound like someone else's, but over time, I've found that it doesn't unless I intend to sound more formal or friendly, which is what I like best about Grammarly. If I need to get my point across clearly and with punch, Grammarly is there to help me. Some might say that using Grammarly is cheating, but it is not. I learned a long time ago that I was not an English major and that I would not win any hearts from girls with my writing. At least now, I feel confident that what I write is truly my thoughts and is understandable by others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. The software works smoothly and with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I had a broken leg, Grammarly would be my crutch. In an even faster-paced world, I can rely on Grammarly to save me time, knowing that what it does, it does with accuracy.

That helped me improve my writing and gave me many suggestions for better expressing my ideas.

Sometimes, the floating app disappears, and returning it to use is challenging.

I am not a native speaker, and it gives me suggestions on how to write better and express ideas.

As my grammar and vocabulary in English are still somewhat limited, Grammarly has helped me express my ideas better with its improvement tool and the tools that transcribe the text according to the sentiment and context in which you are communicating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, there have been intermittent failures in the system, which do not allow me to access my files or use the tools. Fortunately, when it is reported, the helpdesk team quickly issues a response.

It has helped me improve my text and enrich it due to my limited vocabulary in the English language.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a horrible speller, so I appreciate the spell check! What I like most is the ability to help me write a better email message or letter and add or delete commas as needed. I think less is better, and I can count on Grammarly to substitute or reposition words/sentences that convey my message better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one thing! I used the free version for a year, and glad I upgraded to the paid version. Many more options and capabilities open up for you!

Seamless Tool That’s an Every-Day Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
I use grammarly daily when publishing blogs. I love the evolution and upgrades its gotten in regards to AI. It's an excellent resource that our entire company uses for every itme of writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion it wion't work and I will revert to using the website version, rather than continuing to work in the orginal platform (like my email). This isn't a frequent occurance, but it's enough to be a small nusince.

Gramarly ensures that all our content produced daily is polished and professional

What do you like best about the product?
The AI tool for suggested improvements is my go-to companion when I want to elevate my writing to the next level. Its insightful feedback makes the process not just helpful, but truly enjoyable! Sometimes I don't know how to convey what I want to say and this feature make it so much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The array of suggested edits can sometimes clutter the text, making it tough to read. While iMessage integrategration on the computer corrects sentences beautifully, I often prefer writing in a more casual, shorthand style. How amazing would it be to have separate profiles for different apps to enhance our experience?

Improving my writing for clarity, consistency, and conciseness, which are all important aspects of branding.
A Teacher's and Graduate Student's Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
Through AI, Grammarly gives suggestions on how to make your writing sound better. My writing has become more concise and has a better flow. Sometimes, I don't know how I want a sentence to sound, and Grammarly provides words or phrases that make my writing sound professional. It is easy to use and is organized to follow the framework of the message or assignment. I like the "G" that is kept in the corner of the screen, and I apply it at the end of each paragraph. I use Grammarly every day for work and school. Grammarly helped me revise this message!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if there is a way to turn Grammarly off for certain tasks, such as writing a list, creating my lesson plans (which do not always include complete sentences), or informal emails. I haven't had a lot of time to figure this out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me write concisely. I tend to add too many words to a sentence, and Grammarly rewrites the word to shorten the sentence. This is especially helpful in graduate school, where word count is very important. I have been able to remove enough words to keep assignments on track or provide more room for extra information. I couldn't do this on my own.

The pop ups can be annoying and sometimes cover text

I write a lot of emails and I'm still finding my voice. This has been very helpful in catching errors and fine tuning my emails
