Review for G2 Grammarly AI System
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's AI system has been an invaluable tool in my professional work, helping me craft clear, polished, and effective emails, posts, and other work-related content. What sets Grammarly apart is its ability to enhance my writing without overstepping boundaries—providing intelligent suggestions while maintaining my authentic voice. I appreciate its accuracy in grammar, tone adjustments, and clarity improvements, all while ensuring originality and avoiding AI-generated plagiarism concerns. It has streamlined my workflow, allowing me to communicate professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend Grammarly AI for anyone looking to refine their writing while keeping it genuinely their own!
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly AI has been a fantastic asset for refining my professional emails, posts, and other work-related writing. It helps with grammar, clarity, and tone, making communication more polished and effective. However, one frustration I’ve noticed is that sometimes Grammarly doesn’t register my typing in real time or fails to detect words correctly. There are moments when it lags or misses key suggestions, which can disrupt my workflow. While it’s a powerful tool overall, I wish it were more responsive and intuitive in recognizing text consistently. Despite this, it remains a helpful assistant in my daily writing tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has been a game-changer in my professional work by improving clarity, grammar, and tone in emails, posts, and other written tasks. One of the biggest problems it solves is catching overlooked errors and refining my writing without changing my voice. It ensures professionalism and readability, which is crucial in my field.
What I appreciate most is that Grammarly acts as an AI helper, not a full content generator. It provides intelligent suggestions while allowing me to maintain control over my writing, ensuring originality without the risk of AI-generated plagiarism. This balance makes it an invaluable tool for enhancing my work without over-relying on automation.

Great product
What do you like best about the product?
It is my total safeguard/ gut check before sending emails, proofreading reports, etc. I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I like to use more "casual" speak in my writing, particularly emails, and Grammarly doesn't recognize that. But it's usually easy enough to disregard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really mostly solving grammatical errors, sentence structure, etc.
A Workplace Must
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Grammarly for work for nine years. Every time I get a new computer or start work at another company, I immediately download the Grammarly Google Chrome extension. I love that it's always in the background, double-checking my grammar. I also appreciate its insights into how to strengthen my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only the only problem I have is when I get signed out of Grammarly. It's as if my safety blanket has been taken away from me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in a client facing role, and Grammarly helps keep my writing professional and concise. I tend to ramble in my writing.
Started with work, and went into everthing.
What do you like best about the product?
I started using it on my work account, but it is so easy and useful that I eventually downloaded and used it on all my accounts and phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the corrections are more nuanced and take the sentiment from an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I normally write very short emails. This comes with lack of clarity at times, which Grammarly catches asking me to provide more context -which is helpful.
Solid grammar and writing AI Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
It speeds up my writing and even suggests better writing styles to come off a very specific way. I love the AI feature and it does all the spell checking and grammar at the same time without me having to worry of missing any errors.
Ease of use
Ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-up does not work simutaneously on every app and is sometimes delayed.
The feature "Improve it" did not work on every app on my phone. In certain occasions I would have to go into the Grammarly app directly to copy & paste it in order to get the feature to work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time to have to type manually and the auto correct on phones make typing via touch screen so Grammarly makes the process of sending a long message or E-mail more efficient and more confidence. It is sometimes better than ChatGPT.
Very easy to use across all platforms, and critical to my day to day work!

Great product, but more expensive then I’d like
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AutoCorrect feature, and the grammar corrections seem to be the most impactful. Have not used the AI much that I'm aware of. I like how it's integrated into my chrome browser and all the products on my MacBook Pro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost is too high. I have debated whether or not to renew each time. I've been on and off of the service because I don't feel great about the cost. I've suggested it to my colleagues and most of them say it's too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly spellcheck and proper grammar
