What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the Grammarly icon is at the bottom of my screen. Before sending emails or documents, I automatically check for corrections. I also appreciate the suggestions for how a sentence might be better phrased so the reader understands what I am trying to convey. Grammarly has helped me become more efficient as an administrative professional. Grammarly is easy to set up and use. I use Grammarly on a daily basis and would not want to be without it. I believe that Grammarly is a must for keeping me accurate and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggested phrases are missing the context of the sentence, and they will also add part of the recommended sentence twice in the sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is the added assurance I need to confidently send out emails and documents with confidence in knowing that it has been proofread.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is its ease of use. From general grammar help to writing assistance, it's been very easy to implement Grammarly in my day-to-day work.
There are additional features aside from just grammar correction. The AI writing assist has been a nice boost to my writing.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative I've noticed with Grammarly is sometimes it contradicts itself with corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a professional, it's a top priority my writings are as professional as possible without any errors. I've also had a few moments when all I have is my basic idea down, but I needed help embellishing my thoughts. The AI writing assistant has been a wonderful tool.
Valuable product for a daily-based tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can check the grammar part of my text. Also, in a Pro version, I usually choose the type of text, and based on my needs, it suggests more suitable words.
For me, the product has a huge value because I usually communicate with people in a written format, preparing manuals and other instructions.

Sometimes, in a browser or messaging app, it doesn't work how it should. But in browsers or documents - amazing.

I helps to check the grammar part of the text or make text easier to read and understand.

What do you like best about the product?
It has made me more professional in my writing. I love writing back to colleges, writing sentences that make sense even if I have a brain dump. I also use it on my mobile. I really only use one feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be too AI. I think we are all figuring that out. Mobile it hard. I think it makes my phone slower which is kind of annoying.

I am not a great writer and there are better ways to structure what I am saying and its been life changing there. I never pay for apps like this but it was needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I have it attached to my email, all of my written communications, and presentations. It is nice to have that second set of eyes for something I might have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't want to accept the "dismiss" command. Once an identified error has been dismissed, it shoulf not have to be revisited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It catches my sentence errors, typos, etc. and it helps create better more persuasive communication.
Very helpful writing aid for programs with no Spelling or Grammar check!
What do you like best about the product?
I use a lot of online forms for work, which don't have a built-in spelling or grammar check. Grammarly bridges that gap so I can feel confident in my writing. The grammar suggestions are very helpful, especially when I'm working late at night and composing a coherent sentence is a challenge. I was very easy to implement into my workflow, and integrates into (I think) every program. I haven't seen one yet that Grammarly didn't work on. Their customer support is also very responsive. I use Grammarly literally every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little Grammarly icon or "G" is in an inconvenient place and blocks an option I need to get to or something I'm trying to read. Sometimes I can move it out of the way, but not always, and I have to struggle to work around it. It's usually only when I'm working in forms (I create a lot of forms) with small text boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in Internal Funding for a University, so I create a lot of forms in my position for internal grant competitions. The submission platform we use doesn't have a spelling or grammar check feature in designer mode, so Grammarly ensures that my forms don't have any misspelled words, and points out any areas where I need to retool my grammar. It's very helpful!
