Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to make changes to emails and other communications as needed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow from time to time and it seems to be lack in the AI space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spelling and grammer errors.
It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I like that it makes emails more professional with correct grammar

I do not like that it will make recommendations that you accept, then have more suggestions that negate what it recommended first.

Indispensable Grammar & Spelling Assistance - with AI Features That Make me Uneasy
What do you like best about the product?
It's like a helpful friend when I am writing, but a frustrating one. I have authored two novels now and the spelling and grammar assistance is almost essential in my day to day use. Grammarly integrates well and the suggestions are not intrusive. I write for five or six hours per day and it is always by my side. I like the customisation features especially (turning off the Oxford Comma settings especially!)
What do you dislike about the product?
It frequently disagrees with me and there is no way to permanently remove the recommendation. I am a Mac User and use Ulysses mainly, and I understand the permanent suggestions are a cloud-based nature of Ulysses. The AI features are another matter. AI has no place in my workspace, and the idea that it could rewrite a complete paragraph, removing me from the creative process is terrifying. I have all the AI features disabled, something I wish reduced my annual subscription of £120.

Effortless Email Perfection with Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with my Gmail and other platforms on Chrome. This makes it so that whenever I'm typing anything to anybody, I can instantly see where I might have misspelled something or where I could write something better. It's useful for proofreading anything I'm writing from time to time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Grammarly widget or icon gets in the way of things I'm using. But fortunately, I can close it when I'm not using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly allows me to write quickly and have my work proofread, saving me time as a busy business owner. It catches misspellings, making sure I always look professional.
Great Tool for Work & Professional Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to revise my written text whenever I am typing something, such as an email or social media caption. Installing and integrating the plugin was super easy and quick. I use Grammarly every day to polish up my emails and work. I haven't had any issues yet where I needed to reach out to their customer support so that shows how seamless their tool is!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing; I don't dislike anything. Everything is user-friendly and so easy to use on a daily basis.

Revising my emails and work to sound much more professional and concise when communicating with my team, vendors, or sharing marketing content.
Grammerly usage for emails, letters, contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly is a valuable replacement for utilizing old-time Strunk and White rules for sentence structure. Corrections are easy to review and implement. This tool is used for all letters and emails, for contracts and letters of intent, and proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some recommendations are not 'smart' because the context is not considered. However, this is a minor issue, and it is probably industry-related to designed word usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract language is cleaned up; understanding of language is easier by clients who would normally have trouble with 'legal-eze' style language. Proposals are more complete and easy to understand.

What I like best is the suggestions! They are quickly accessible and improve whatever you are trying to write. It ensures I am constantly submitting my writing with the best grammar. I work in customer support, and I manage my team. Grammarly helps provide a clear understanding of the issues we are dealing with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it's something I really dislike, but I wish there was a better desktop app.

I am fast typer, and sometimes I may miss correct sentences or words. Grammarly helps improve my writing where its needed instantly.
