Great for grammar, could use work on rephrasing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the grammar correction and the fact that it feels like Strunk & White's Elements of Style is applied to every sentence I write.
What do you dislike about the product?
While its rephrasing is helpful, it doesn't compare to other AI software. If I rant about a customer and ask Grammarly to make it more amicable, it sounds like I'm sucking up to someone a bit. Other AI platforms offer a bit more flexibility and desirable rephrase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly lets me get my thoughts out without worrying too much about grammar, and simultaneously teaches me to write more effectively.
Overall amazingly helpful. However, some improvements would be great.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite Grammarly feature is the built-in widget that checks almost every text box in browsers, Word, and other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multilingual support and spanish language translation would kick this up a notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is an in house reviewer for when you need corrections and edits.
Is Grammarly Worth It?
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-manage interface and overall user experience are excellent. The suggestions are common sense and typically accurate. Heck, I used it to scan this blurb.
What do you dislike about the product?
It won’t let me accept all Grammarly suggestions at once without having to click each one. Time is valuable for a working writer. As much as I love learning why each correction is needed, I think the user should decide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It corrects grammatical errors and helps structure my work to make it as easy as possible to read. I lean towards artsy sentences, and Grammarly has helped me make my work easy to read while maintaining my “panache.” For a recent project, that was crucial.
I wanted to hand in my work to Grammarly, correct it one time, and send it without fretting over it. The editor never sent it back for corrections. Mission accomplished.

So Easy To Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it works on multiple platforms that I use whether it is Microsoft Word, my work emails or personal work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always understand that I do not want to sound "personable" if I am writing a work email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping make sure I have less typos in the work that I submit.
Another Tool Towards Better Writing
What do you like best about the product?
I am an author who has done so much typing between the office and home that I've managed to injure my hands. Grammarly streamlines the process for me, reducing the hours spent at the keyboard and improving the quality of the writing.
Writing fiction is complicated. One has characters, dialogue, tone, settings, and a myriad of other consistent details to track. While Grammarly may not quite "understand," 98% of its suggestions are reasonable. The thing I have picked-up from using this product, though, is that I have slowly changed a couple of my bad habits; Grammarly is a bit like a little writing course if you're all in.
I don't know if you have priced editors lately, but if there is even a remote chance that the Pro version would make hiring one unnecessary before I submit my current manuscript to a traditional publisher, it's worth the expense.
I also like what Grammarly doesn't do. This isn't AI that is going to write your work for you. It's simply a tool, one that doesn't put the writer in an ethical morass. That said, I was recently made aware that AI screenings in places such as cover letters may still pick up the edits made by Grammarly. It's important to know the rules governing job applications, for instance, and whether this kind of a tool raises any red flags. One suggestion for Grammarly might be to create a database of large employers in the US who appear to disqualify users for use of this product then perhaps consider explaining its purpose better to such organizations.
All in all, however,Grammarly is a wonderful addition in the toolbox for the serious writer.

Grammarly Is crap
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing it is a waste of time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is pretty high, especially if you pay monthly. If you can find a 50% discount code for the year it makes it a lot more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my problem of having to worry about proofreading.
I'm a professional writer. Grammarly is worth the $.
What do you like best about the product?
I thought I'd try Grammarly to see if it was worth the investment. It is. Period. I'm more effecient, impactful and deliberate with my words thanks to the smart suggestions and super-powered editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with anything powered by AI, there are the occasional issues. Overall, Grammarly seems to become more and more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's my 2IC.
Improvement in my writing output
What do you like best about the product?
My writing style is much more direct and assertive than pre-Grammarly. Grammarly corrected some habit-based flaws in my writing style, which I am much more aware of and now avoid. Grammarly also provides alternative wording, which helps avoid duplication or casual writing outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Grammarly will inform me that a note or letter is correct, but that same note will have corrections associated with it later that same day or the next day. It drives confusion and questions as to which is correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is correcting bad habits in my writing style and helping me sound more professional and confident.
