Grammarly is a huge help
What do you like best about the product?
That it makes suggestions to class up my wording.
What do you dislike about the product?
that the rewrite tool sits in the lower right corner often blocking buttons especially if you're in a small window

it fixes my spelling, especially the proper use of commas. depending on the subject matter, it helps me put a more professional tone on my projects

Editing across different places... emails, text boxes, Google apps, etc

Staying signed in on my computer and using it with different Google accounts I use personally and for work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love know the tone of my emails, plus the proofreading is always helpful.

It incorporates very easily into nearly all programs on PC, iPhone and iPad.

It doesn't work as well on the Mac as PC and mobile devices.

A very good AI writing assistant that doesn't break your workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like its integration into my browser, especially in Overleaf's Latex editor. That makes it very easy to use and make corrections as I type and review at the end.
The implementation is seamless on Desktop, and because it is always on, I am basically using it all the time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know how, or even if, my data is being protected. Grammarly gets to see all the data I type, which is a sizeable amount of sensitive data I risk for the convenience of the tool.
I think the price is a little steep, despite the amount I use the tool.
I would like Grammarly to maybe have some kind of way to account for "personal style" over "brand tone" in the Pro offering. I do not wish to type in the exact way English is defined by Grammarly, and I prefer to have my own "style" of typing with how my words flow. And adjust it based on the situation, of course.

I am a researcher and I spend a lot of time putting together papers, course material, and emails.
Those all have different writing requirements, and Grammarly helps tackle each of them separately.
I think the autocorrect is the most useful thing to me, honestly. Everything else is nice, like the Rephrase and Concise AI editing tools, but I'm still not 100% on board with them.

I like that it shows exactly what needs to be changed; in contrast, to chat gpt, what just changes your whole text.

Sometimes, the text is ok, and it insists on changing it.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly frequently catches and corrects my typo's and frequently offers suggestions to rephrase my writing. I can definitely see an improvement in my writing and message clarity.

It frequently tries to rewrite some of my messages to a point where they don't sound like my writing or my voice. There have also been a couple of times where it suggested complete nonsense.

The fact that you can easily use it on any and all platforms i.e. tablet, laptop, cell phone

It is enhancing my writing and reporting efforts

What do you like best about the product?
It is a fundamental tool in my work. I often use it to improve my texts, emails, and documents I must review at work. As a Spanish speaker, I find it extremely necessary. I also have access to Grammarly on my cell phone, which helps me with text messages and WhatsApp, integrates perfectly into any platform. It is very easy to install and adapt it to your needs to start using it.

So far, nothing. It is super helpful and easy to use, and its recommendations allow me to adapt its use to my needs.

Grammarly often suggests the same corrections multiple times, provides too many tone options, and delivers excessive recommendations. As a result, you receive various suggestions but are unsure which to choose. Ultimately, you have several suggestions but don't know which one to use.

Grammarly helps me solve clarity issues, correctness, and provides suggestions that enrich my vocabulary.
