It has a great interface for writers to choose different versions on what you are writing.

There is constantly a service interruption or something wrong with the Grammarly website.

Proofreading and Re-writing complex sentences for board reports which helps cuts time in proofreading and helps speed up the approval proccess.

It corrects my spelling and poor typing.

Sometimes I correct myself and it still counts it as an error.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tone detection, real-time mistake correction (underlining mistakes and suggesting corrections), and weekly summaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-up icon in the app is often inconvenient and covers text.

AI detection in student writing - just a tool, this needs human intervention as well

I wish there was an option for it to review your writing more holistically and support re-structuring paragraphs to allow for more brevity and improve the flow of my ideas.

I love how Grammarly works in all my manners of communication. Text messages, email, notes.

Sometimes, it doesn't understand what I'm trying to say, but that is a minor inconvenience.

The plagiarism and AI checker tools have been very useful since my writing is for academic purposes.

It appears to be sightly slower with its suggestions on documents with 50+ pages. This could be improved.

I am working on my Masters thesis and it is making my writing more effecient.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped me for many years in composing correspondence and documents. It is an extra set of eyes that helps me present information professionally. I love how it indicates the tone of my writing, and I can update it with suggestions.
I don't consider myself a tech guru, but installing and using Grammarly has been so simple. I also appreciate the suggestion indications and that there are, at times, multiple suggestions. I use Grammarly daily and would struggle without it! It makes everything easier for me with my daily tasks, which is a huge win!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when Grammarly makes a suggestion that I know isn't correct, but then I second-guess myself! It's not really a downside or dislike; it's more of making me stop to think in the moment!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me ensure that I'm not publishing communication that is misspelled or grammatically incorrect to the public. I am responsible for our school district's website and sending out communications. Grammarly helps me ensure that I am not sending out something without a second set of eyes reviewing it.
Ease of use and full of features
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I can upload my document, or cut paste it and select the writing and presenting style to check the correctness and readability of my text. The new AI tool is helpful.

No downsides really, it is a tool I use often.

It checks grammar and helps me construct better sentences.
